About Susan Cole

We are from central Illinois but Madeira Beach is where our hearts are. We have vacationed in this area for over twenty five years and since then have dreamed of owning a condo on the beach. Our dreams have come true in 2012 and we would like to extend an invitation to you to share our second home with us! We have filled it with everything that we think will make your next beach vacation the best one ever. From our stocked kitchen to our collection of movies, games, beach towels, and beach chairs, we feel like we have thought of everything. We are complemented on our attention to every detail. We love the beach and the area and we know you will too.

Susan Cole purchased this condo in 2012

Why Susan Cole chose Florida Central Gulf Coast

The Madeira Beach area has always been our favorite beach destination. Madeira Norte's location extends that even further by being directly across the street from Johns Pass Village and close to everything! Park your car and walk to almost anything you need. The Suncoast Beach Trolly system goes from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach with stops along each beach directly on Gulf Blvd. Great restaurants, wineries, bars, shopping, live music, and water sports are within walking distance. The beach is pristine and with every walk you fall in love all over again with the beautiful white sand and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

What makes this condo unique

We love our location because we love to watch the sun rise up over the water and palm trees of the Boca Ciega Bay and watch the boat activity during the day. At night you can see the lights as far as St. Pete. When the Tampa Bay Rays have a win you can see the dome light up orange from our balcony. Quite a sight! You have this view from the balcony, living room/dining room and master bedroom. At dusk, we love to walk out to the beach with our beach chairs (provided) and a cold beverage and watch the sun set in the west. It is truly the best of both worlds.

Guestbook comments from the owner

I want to thank you so much for renting us your condo for the week! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Your condo was beautiful and so wonderfully decorated and furnished. We've stayed in many condos and yours was by far the best experience we've had. We especially loved the amenities that you provided, like all the kitchenware and the beach accessories. We are definitely interested in renting from you again possibly next April depending on the school schedule. Thanks again for helping to make our family vacation a great one!

Outstanding

  • 5 of 5

Susan's condo is fantastic. It is located on the beach and across from John's Pass so you get the best of both worlds. Susan puts so much thought and personal attention to make your stay a pleasant one. We can fully understand why she has so many repeat customers. We highly recommend staying at her lovely unit in fabulous Madeira Norte. The unit is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated.

Clean, Comfortable Stay

  • 5 of 5

This unit is very comfortably furnished and well decorated. It had all of the kitchen necessities you could possibly need. My overall feel was like staying in someones home. Definitely different than staying in a timeshare or company owned unit. The view of the John's Village and the bay was enjoyable. The easy walk across the street to restaurants, shops and bars was a great plus. The property itself seems a little stuffy. Many rules around the property. We were definitely disappointed that the pool was chain locked at dusk. Overall a great experience and would recommend this unit.

Great Condo, comfy and perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

The location was great. We could walk across the street and get dinner, listen to live music watch dolphins or enjoy free wine tasting. The condo had everything we needed and was great. We sat outside on the balcony and listened to music every night we could. The area was not crowded on the beach and while we never went to the pool (b/c we were at the gulf) it looked clean and people were enjoying it. St.Johns Pass was across the street and there were lots of great restaurants and shops. We had donuts and coffee one morning on the dock of the bay. The whole check in process was very easy. I liked that there was not a lot of people in the condos. The elevators came quickly each time and we liked that you needed a key to get everywhere. The condo was very clean and had everything that made our trip easy to make meals at home too. The only issue was I did not see a toaster when we tried have bagels one morning for breakfast. We improvised and broiled them in stead. It was no problem. We easily connected our netflix to the TV so when it rained we could watch some tv easily. I would definitely go back and I would recommend anyone else who wants to spend time on the gulf to stay there.

Perfect place!

  • 5 of 5

When we walked into this condo we were greeted with a bright and clean atmosphere! The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Even though we did not have a beach view, we enjoyed looking out over Johns Pass and a couple of nights we could sit out on the patio and listen to live music at the Tiki Hut across the street. But as soon as we went in and shut the patio door we were back in our quiet cozy condo. The entire complex along with the beach was very clean and well maintained. It was very convenient to just walk across the street to eat majority of our meals. The condo kitchen was well stocked and it also supplied nice beach towels and chairs. Working with the owner was easy and enjoyable. The owner true cared if we enjoyed ourselves.
