I'm a lifetime resident of Southern Arizona with deep family roots in the Santa Cruz area. My family homesteaded Nogales, Arizona in the late 1800's before this great state was part of the Union. My wife and I have three beautiful children and we are big University of Arizona sports fans! I enjoy Arizona's gorgeous outdoors every free second I get, whether it be Road Biking, Mountain Biking, Trail running, or Hiking. I'm an amateur triathlete, and also Coach my children's Soccer teams.

When my wife and I saw this property, we knew we had to have it! It's in the absolute bar none best location in Tucson (Swan and Sunrise). Not only does it have incredible views, it is close to the best shopping and restaurants in town. It's also minutes away from the Hiking, Cycling, and Running Trails in town. This spot truly has all the best Tucson has to offer.
The second you drive up the entrance to Tierra Serena homes, you just know this is the place to be.
We have just finished the remodel of the entire townhome. As soon as you walk in you feel at home. Every room is distinctively decorated to help you feel relaxed in true Arizona style.
This property is located in the heart of the Catalina Foothills, you are just close enough to nature and the beauty of the Sonoran Desert, while being minutes away from the best shopping and Restaurants Tucson has to offer.
The views from the living room and back patio, are incredible, and make this property a real gem!

This property fit our 2014/15 Christmas/New Years vacation perfectly. The excellent location and quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, was very handy during the hectic Christmas season. Beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. It seemed like we could almost touch the Catalinas most days. The place was spotless and the extra-roomy master suite with walk-in closet was an unexpectedly nice bonus. Our party of five adults was very comfortable for the entire stay. We would like to return to this location on a future trip. The only negative is now that I've set the family's expectations for VRBO properties so high, I'm not sure I can find another place this nice for our next vacation rental.
Quiet neighborhood, wonderful views, immaculate condo. Everything new and was exactly where you'd think to look for it. Tastefully decorated & patio with killer vistas of the desert & the city. Easy walk to coffee, restaurants & shopping - uncommon in Tucson. Owners very accommodating & flexible. Pool, jacuzzi & ten is literally steps away & always uncrowded. Great value.
Rarely does one come upon a vacation rental where the only surprises are jaw-droppingly good. Darling but chic townhouse quietly perched highly atop a popular intersection in the best area of Tucson with a drop-dead gorgeous view.
Impeccable grounds. Steps from incredible lighted tennis courts adjacent to a large, ultra-clean,heated pool. A short two block hike down the hill to a shopping center allows you, among other things, to grab a newspaper, a Starbucks coffee, Chinese takeout or grab makings for dinner at home from the center's friendly grocery store.
Just minutes from Sabino Canyon, fantastic malls and great restaurants, you'll never regret your temporary address in the Old Pueblo.
We rented from Robert Bennen for a total of two months and were always treated with the utmost respect along with lightening speed responses to any of our questions or concerns.
We had no qualms about rebooking for an even longer stay next year and are ecstatic to be given the opportunity to return.
It's easily the best long term rental arrangement we've ever procured and have no hesitations about recommending it without reservations.

Stayed in the house for one month and we found all in pristine condition. Townhouse is in a private residence area and very quiet. Newly renovated will very spacious living room - dining - kitchen area.
Two bedroom which are fully functional. Third bedroom is rather provisional (sleeping couch with a see-through glass filled door to the hallway so limited privacy there but still works fine.
Owner very friendly and accomodating. All was arranged perfectly for our arrival plus the owner treated us with a splendid and huge box of veggies.... guess this is not a regular feature of the place but nonetheless worth mentioning and be grateful for. Fridge broke down one night and owner took huge effort to replace it immediately by a brandnew one.
We found our stay alltogether very comfortable and enjoyable.
My family and I stayed over the Christmas holiday and the place was perfect for us. Very comfortable beds, big place - lots of open space, cute patio, nice views, great location! I grew up in Tucson and this is the area of town to stay in - close enough to attractions but great views of the Catalinas. Played tennis, walked to starbucks each morning. Owners are super nice and very responsive if you need anything. We will definitely be back!
