“Location” is a great word to describe our condo. Our two-bedroom, two-bath corner unit condo is located in Building E of Lake Cliff on the 2nd floor across the street from Lake Dillon.
The town of Dillon is a short 1-1/2 hrs. drive from the Denver International Airport (DIA) and ten to thirty minutes to 5 major ski resort. Just down I-70 from famed Summit County ski areas Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Vail. Dillon offers something for everyone: great restaurants, movie theaters, bowling, tennis, shopping, live theater, playgrounds, and outdoor concerts, with 5 golf courses within a 20 minute drive. The Dillon Marina offers a sailing school and charter cruises, boat ramps, and ski, sail, pontoon, and power boats you can rent. Fishing is great, too.
Our condo is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath corner unit with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 27 “ flat screen television / DVD combo and an adjoining full bathroom with a steam shower. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 25” flat screen television and an adjoining full bathroom. A double set of sheets and towels are provided. Basic bathroom supplies are provided to get you started. Relax in the family room after a day of skiing or hiking by watching your favorite shows on a 40” flat screen cable television with a Blue-Ray DVD player. A gas fireplace will warm you as you gaze outside at breathtaking views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. A fully equipped kitchen provides all dishes, cookware, utensils, even a crock pot and Cuisinart coffee maker. Enjoy great views from the dining room table or listen to the outdoor concerts as you grill outside on the balcony using the natural gas grill, also provided. And a ski locker is right outside the front door with parking located just outside. High speed internet access and WiFi are also provided.
We are just steps away from the Summit Stage which offers free public transportation to skiing and shopping. Great restaurants such as Pug Ryan’s Steakhouse and Brewery and Arapahoe Cafe (try the Baja Benny for breakfast!) are across the street. Walk to the Farmer’s Market , tennis courts, bowling alley and the Dillon Marina. The bike path is just across the street. You can walk, jog, or bike to Keystone, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge on this 50 miles of paved path.
The clubhouse at Lake Cliff has an indoor swimming pool and two hot tubs with restrooms and showers. A huge meeting room with kitchen is available to guests.
Sorry, no pets are allowed per HOA rules and there is no smoking in our condo or in common areas of Lake Cliffe property.

Why Linda Wetzel chose Dillon
Many years ago, the grandparents would take our children and spend the summers in Dillon. We never imagined we would own a home here. We love to play tennis and golf. Summers in Texas don't lend themselves to such activities. Skiing in definitely out where we live. We spent a month up here summer of 2011 and immediately started looking for our own place.
What makes this Condo unique
The minute we saw this unit we bought it. A corner unit provides views of the mountains and the lake that are amazing. Location is probably the most unique benefit of this unit.

Great condo with a fantastic view
The condo was completely updated and had a wonderful view. It was close to skiing at Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breck. It was close to everything in Dillon. I would love to visit in summer as it is right at the lake
This is our third year renting this condo. We love it. It has everything we need, including washer and dryer. A number of great restaurants are just a short walk away, including Arapahoe Café and an amazing Italian restaurant. Grocery store, movies, etc. nearby. Ski mountains are a short drive or you can use the free bus which has a stop nearby. The views are phenomenal from this end unit (lots of windows on two walls). The owner is super helpful and friendly and updates the unit regularly (new floors this year). We highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!
As this condo is a corner unit, the views are spectacular from all windows! The open floor plan (living room-dining room-kitchen area)was quite spacious. It's very close to the lake and we were able to enjoy the concerts in the amphitheater from the condo deck! It was truly an enjoyable vacation in a lovely condo.
Great location. Close to lake, dining, marina, shopping and playground for the kids.
This property is kept up so well. Everything is in working order and is very clean. Both the owner and property management are very assessable and easy to work with. We stay here every time we're in Dillon and are never disappointed.
