Fabulous 135m2 (1,453 sq ft) top floor apartment with a large terrace, located in a prestigious residential area, between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. Also steps away from rue Saint Dominique and rue Cler, known for nice shops and restaurants. Metro stations in walking distance: Alma Marceau, Pont de l'Alma, La Tour Maubourg and Invalides.
The apartment is on the 7th floor of a modern building with two elevators.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a king size bed and its own bathroom (bath tub, sink & toilet) and large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and work desk. Adjacent to this room is a shower and sink, also accessible from the hallway. Both bedrooms face the courtyard. A single bed foldable bed, currently in the 2nd bedroom can be moved to the master bedroom or in the living room area.
A 2nd toilet is located near the 2nd bedroom in the hallway.
The appartment features a fully equipped kitchen, including a full size refrigerator-freezer, gas stove, conventional oven, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker. There is a washing machine and a dryer, lovely spacious living room, dining area, and private terrace.
We spent a week in Paris at the beautiful apartment on rue Université during Paris Photo. The apartment was a block away from the Seine. The location was ideal since the Paris Photo took place in the Gand Palais, a 15 minute walk across the bridge. The apartment was amazingly roomy and full of light. It was also very well appointed with comfortable beds. We enjoyed little perks, such as having lovely make-up mirrors attached over the sinks and a great Nespresso machine. The surrounding area was lovely, full of shops and restaurants. The grocery shops were just around the corner. We especially enjoyed two restaurants in the vicinity: Les Fables de la Fontaine on 131 rue Saint Dominique--an artsy little place with very friendly staff serving imaginative food, and just next to it another good restaurant called La Fontaine de la Mars, a traditional French bistro serving southwestern food. Maria, the manager of the apartment, went out of her way to accommodate our various requests and made our stay a pure pleasure. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment and its management. You will feel at home there.
This spacious apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and the 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower was awe amazing!! The nearby area had great restaurants and sightseeing. I would consider coming back and staying here again.
We've been in Paris many times always staying in a hotel. Renting this apartment was a very positive change - one we expect to do again - hopefully with this apartment which was large and bright. It was very clean and well maintained. Within a few blocks are great markets and known restaurants. The RER and Metro are accessible nearby. A high point for us: Maria couldn't have done a better job. We highly recommend her and plan to call on her with our travel plans in the future.
This is a wonderful apartment in a perfect location in Paris. In the heart of the 7th arrondissement - itself a good location - it's a wonderful place. Large by Paris standards, very well appointed, clean and airy, one couldn't ask for a better place for one's Paris sojourn. We were a party of 2 and the place was probably too big for us, but we enjoyed having the space to spread out and relax. There are a number of restaurants and stores close by, so everything one needs is handy. Well managed and organized this is a #1 place to stay in Paris.
This is a great find for an apartment rental in a wonderful location in Paris. We just got back from a week-long stay with our two little girls, aged 3 years and 18 months. They were both very comfortable in the apartment and were happy to have a lot of space to play.
Maria is very easy to communicate with and is quick to respond to inquiries and questions. When I asked about a travel crib for the baby, she was able to coordinate one - I believe they even purchased it for the apartment just before our arrival!
The apartment is very close to many wonderful restaurants, the popular Rue Cler, the Eiffel Tower, and the Seine. We could have easily spent a few more days there and found plenty to do.
When we make a return trip, we would be happy to stay here again.
The apartment was in a lovely quiet location but very central everything we wanted. Rue Cler around the corner was a gastronomic's heaven and the Eiffel Tower a mere 10 min walk. Spacious with a lovely outdoor terrace we could not have been happier.
The furnishings are a little dated but I think this added to the Parisian feel.
The fully maintained kitchen allowed for us to bring back our wonderful pastries, baguettes and groceries to prepare wonderful snacks between our meals which consisted of many beautiful restaurants within walking distance.
The apartment has more space than most and this suited us with 2 children in tow. It is accessible by elevator and secure entrance so we had no hesitation leaving our children while we ventured out.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Maria was super responsive and catered to my every question.
This was very clean. Very large. Great location for us. It had everything we needed. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Nice big bed in master room. Will definitely stay there again. Maria was honest with the security deposit. Very responsive to all questions. Great experience. We are picky so that is saying something.

For the security deposit, we require 200 euros by credit card via PayPal. The deposit is required at least 1 week prior to the arrival date and will be refunded via PayPal within 3 day of the departure date.

The appartment is supplied with:
- bed sheets and bath towels. Sheets and towels are changed for stays of 10 days+
- electricity, heating (during winter months)
- Internet (wifi)
- free telephone calls on landline numbers (not on cell phone numbers) within Western Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA
- end of stay cleaning, however the apartment must be left in order: dishes washed and put away, refrigerator emptied and cleaned, garbage thrown out in the proper recyle bins and furniture put back in its original place.
