This quiet, top-floor, 1 bedroom condo has a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and plenty of storage. The living room has new furniture including a sleeper sofa, a comfortable chair, a storage cabinet, and television. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, bedding, paper products, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. We also provide coffee (regular and decaf) and instant hot chocolate.
On-site amenities include a year-round heated pool with adjacent indoor hot tub, free surface and underground parking, coin laundry facilities, vending machines, and an elevator. The condo also has free WiFi, Comcast, a 42 inch Smart television in the living room, a second television in the bedroom, air conditioning, fireplace, and jetted bathtub with shower.
Within walking distance of the Carriage House are many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.
Park City has a free bus system with 3 different lines just outside the Carriage House complex, and buses run from morning until night. Buses serve three world class ski areas (Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, and The Canyons), historic Main Street, and shopping and dining areas within Park City and Kimball Junction.
The Carriage House is just across the street from the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail. This 28 mile rail trail offers recreational opportunities for hikers, bikers, and x-country skiers. It is also just a 1+ mile walk to historic Main Street.
Utilizing a shuttle service from the Salt Lake City airport to Park City, along with the free bus system, makes a rental car unnecessary. Mid-week cleaning service is also available. Additional charges will apply for these added services.

About Julie & Steve Haase
Skiing has been a part of our lives since we were children; in fact, we first met on the slopes at a little ski resort in Frontenac, Minnesota. Since those early years we have continued to enjoy the sport with our now grown children and other family members. After skiing out West for many years, we have decided to make Park City the location of our vacation home. We have come to enjoy the summers in Park City as much as the winters with miles of bike trails, golf courses, tennis courts, etc. Park City has such quick airport access, and some of the best skiing in the world.

Why Julie & Steve Haase chose Park City
It took us over two years to find the ideal condo for our vacation home. We were impressed with the quality and affordability of the Carriage House. We also enjoy the quiet, 4th floor setting with a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The location is fantastic as everything is within walking distance: The Rail Trail, grocery stores, restaurants, sports shops, and so much more. The bus stop is just steps away, and eliminates the need for a rental car. In the winter we can just put on our boots, jump on the bus, and be at a world-class ski resort in minutes. In the summer we have access to numerous bike trails by riding across the street to get onto the Rail Trail.

Charming and cozy little condo - very convenient to skiing and restaurants
I must have looked at a hundred ski in and ski out rentals that all looked exactly the same before this listing caught my eye. It had such great reviews and looked so charming that I decided this was the place to stay for our first visit to Park City. The unit is exactly like the pictures, and so charming and cozy! The owners have put little special touches everywhere, and the kitchen and bathroom were fully supplied with all the things we would need. It is obvious that that put a lot of love and care into this condo. On the top floor, it feels completely private. We rented a car and found the parking at the base of Park City and Canyons very easy. We just made sure to arrive before 8:30 a.m. The ski areas are only a few minutes away, and you can also take a bus, which we didn't choose to do. Julie was very easy to communicate with, and always answered my questions very quickly and gave me a lot of good information. We would stay here again and again if we could afford to come to Park City every year! My husband and I would highly recommend this unit. It's truly very special.

Close proximity to PC, easy parking, and unit was well equipped. Perfect for 2 people and affordable. My wife and I would stay there again.

Best Kept Secret
We had the best time staying at this condo! It was so easy to rent through VRBO, and the condo itself is beautiful-- modern furnishings, full kitchen with everything you would need, a well-thought out layout, and very well-kept. We loved the convince of staying here while exploring this fun mountain city, with easy access to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. We would definitely return to this condo for future visits! It felt like home! We never needed a car the transit system it right out the back door on the first floor. Just download the app ! We also enjoyed having the Marriott Fire-pit & lounge outside our condo shhh! Skiing was good but not great hoping for more spring snow.

Super comfortable and modern and great location to winter fun!
Carriage House #413 was the perfect place for our family of 3 for a post Christmas ski vacation. The condo unit is very well equipped with everything you need, modern design, super cozy blankets and towels, and easy access to Park City Mountain with the bus lines! The owners were also very responsive - even as we arrived late the first night and couldn’t find the parking pass, the owner immediately responded to let me know where to find a back up! They also provided a great website with all the information we needed for our first visit to Park City.
