Amazing Home and Great Owner

  • 5 of 5

The home was amazing and the owner was very easy to deal with. Great communication as well. I was very impressed with the layout, and with what the owner Bob had done with the home renovation wise. Kitchen was fully stocked, and up to date with all the latest appliances. The location was also nice in that you could walk anywhere you wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood as well. Will definitely look at going back again in the next couple years. Bob it was a pleasure dealing with you, and thank you for letting my family and I enjoy your home.

Graduation

  • 5 of 5

Hello all,

I had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this beautiful home, just blocks away from downtown Glenwood Springs. My family and I gathered for my duaghter's graduation. This home had plenty of space for everyone. Bob was very helpful with both checkin into and checking out of his home. If I needed anything he was a phone call away. Two of the things that stuck out the most was the gourmet kitchen and the surround sound. Imagine cooking a meal with the family and playing music you love and to be able to hear it everywhere in the house. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a place in Glenwood Springs.

Great stay! Great location!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this cozy house over a long weekend with our young daughter and some friends. The house is located only a block away from the restaurant district but, since it's off the Main Street, it is very quiet and secluded. The house is well appointed and had just about everything we needed. We cooked meals in the kitchen, used the BBQ and our daughter was excited to have access to her favorite shows on Netflix. We spent a lot of time out on the front patio, and in the sunroom playing games. Bob was very responsive on text and email. We hope to visit again soon.

Quaint accomodating home.

  • 5 of 5

Our stay way just perfect! Everyone had their space, from my son and his wife and child in the upstairs master suite to my mother in her own room, and us in the other guest room. The parlor is charming and a great room for sitting and visiting. The dining room is spacious and we got everyone around the table for meals---prepared in the modern, fully-equipped kitchen. And with the good weather we had, our visiting family spilled out onto the spacious front porch, with grassy area for kids to play in. There's parking for 3 cars in back, so no worries there. Great restaurants and shops are just a couple of blocks away---an easy walk. We recommend this lovely home to anyone needing to stay in the area.

We loved the proximity to downtown Glenwood Springs it's cute shops and great restaurants as well as the Hot Springs pool. We could walk everywhere and Sunlight Ski area was a short 20 minute drive. The kitchen was well stocked and the home clean and well-maintained. The owner was helpful and responsive. Fantastic Location!!

  • 5 of 5

Top marks for FANTASTIC location...within walking distance of EVERYthing. We never used the car once we arrived! Walked to coffee shop in the morning, hot springs with the kids, restaurant for dinner, and the cutest little thrift store for shopping with my teenage daughter.

The house is adorable - so much character, with Victorian style rooms & decor. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our four-day stay. Everything was clean & spiffy, with plenty of blankets, pillows, & towels to keep us all comfortable.

Had a wonderful spring break visit!
