The home is bright and spacious with its vaulted ceilings and offers top of the line appliances if you plan to eat in and prepare meals while gazing at the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. The master suite has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub as well as a large custom shower and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom is large with a sitting area and another full bath just outside the door. Both bedrooms offer their own private balconies. There is also a loft area that has a pull out bed that can be used as a semi private third bedroom.
Some of San Diego's most beautiful beaches are just steps from this home. With something for everyone whether avid or beginning surfers, families with children looking for a safe place to play and swim or beach lovers... you will all find what they are looking for here. You can walk two blocks to find stair access to the beach with surfing right out front or take a quick and easy 5-10 minute stroll to Moonlight Beach with a park on the sand for kids, newly renovated restrooms and lifeguards on duty seasonally.

We manage some beautiful luxury homes, but this one is on top of our list. Every time I am in this home it is hard to pull your eyes off of the ocean. Upon arrival guests are welcomed with jaw dropping views of the Pacific Ocean.
Besides the jaw dropping views over the blue Pacific Ocean, this home is great because of the proximity to everything. Encinitas and Luecadia offer the new Whole Foods grocery, 25+ restaurants, Coffee Shops, Bars, parks, beach access. Encinitas is a great place year round!
The house is all that is promised, and is really a special place to stay. Access to shops and restaurants is unbeatable, and the beach, view, and comfort of the accommodations are all excellent. Thanks again!
We spent one month at the this beautiful and luxurious home. We live in Arizona, so being on the California coast during the summer is a treat for us. We could not have found a better location. The convenience of an easy walk to shops, restraurants, even a market is an added plus. The home itself is extremely comfortable with many upgrades. We hope to come back soon.

This property stands out as the best.
We were singularly impressed with every aspect of the property including pristine conditon of the home itself, the superior quality of the furniture and appliances, the well-provisioned kitchen, the spectacular views of the ocean and the very close proximity of the shops and restaurants of Encinitas (all within about a 3 minute walk). As avid hikers, we were also pleased to be in the middle of the "North County Hikers Haven".
We had some of our children and their spouses ( together with one grand-child) visit on a rotation basis and they were all thrlled with everything the property had to offer.
Our many thanks to the Property Manager who handled everything in a very professional manner including the return of our security depost in full.
