Great location, large house, well maintained, really nice kitchen and great rooms.

  • 5 of 5

The Whitman House is a large home that is very conveniently situated in Walla Walla. The house is well maintained and there is a great backyard. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and the great room has lots of room - great for entertaining! There are several large bedrooms. There is only 1 bathroom upstairs, so some guests will need to come downstairs to use the bathroom and shower that is adjacent to the kitchen in the laundry room. We stayed here for our son's graduation from Whitman last week, and overall the house was perfect for our weekend, especially given its size, cleanliness, and convenient location (close to downtown and to the College). The description in the listing was right on target. We would definitely recommend the property to friends.

Girl's Weekend

  • 5 of 5

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Whitman House! Spacious and comfortable mixed with charm that that doesn't go unnoticed! We crafted, took walks, enjoyed the wineries and had our own formal dinner in the dining room. We look forward to more visits! This was our second time staying at the Whitman House.

Dream home

  • 5 of 5

Ten of us rented the Whitman House for a weekend getaway. The home is so incredibly cozy and welcoming. We had a great time lounging at the kitchen table, curling up on the couches, experimenting in the kitchen, and feasting in the dining room. It's a short walk to downtown. Really quite perfect and highly recommended!

Beautiful Walla Walla home

  • 5 of 5

A group of friends rented the house for our 10-year class reunion. It is an excellent location near campus and downtown, and was spacious enough to house all of us under one roof. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed barbecuing on the patio in the evenings. Looking forward to our next visit to town!

Great Home

  • 5 of 5

Our group of four couples look forward to coming to the Whitman House every year. This year we enjoyed a couple rounds of golf, toured winerys in a private limo, and enjoy the marvelous Walla Walla restaurants including Whitehouse Crawford. The house is perfect with 4 bedrooms & a well equipped modern kitchen. The vintage dining room table is massive & allowed us to enjoy our meals together. Our first evening was spent enjoying pizza & stories around the outdoor fire pit! Hope to come many more times in the future. Thanks for sharing your beautiful historic home.

Bikes and Vines

Our circle of wine-loving cyclists and hikers greatly enjoyed our brief visit in this lovely home. We took full advantage of the nice grill and well-stocked kitchen to refuel between rides and walks. I'm sure that we will be back some time soon.
