This Desert jewel, spanish hacienda is located just a couple blocks from the famous street El Paseo in Palm Desert.

The home (2,000 sq/ft) sits on a corner lot over 13,500 sq/ft with total privacy, surrounded by pepper, jacaranda, olive trees and palm trees. The pool/spa and the outdoor gazebo dominate the charm of the property.

The living room with vaulted celling and beams features a large sofa, an armchair and ottoman around a rock fireplace.

This spacious room opens up to an amazing backyard from its french doors and also offers an incredible view of the mountains.

Master bedroom suite:

King-size bed, ceiling fan, pool view from one side and a private french door from the other side takes you to a private patio area.

If you don't want to be in bed to watch TV, you can always enjoy the love seat. Private bathroom with a walk-in closet follows the master suite.

Bedroom 2:

Very large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, ceiling fan, 2 large closets and HDTV.

The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.

Great vacation rental!

After 10 months of non stop sports with my kids, my wife and I needed to get away for some much needed rest and relaxation, but more importantly, to be able to reconnect as a family unit. We brought up the idea to our kids of renting a house with a pool in Palm Desert. Their only wish was to bring our dogs. Luckily my wife found this property.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Patrick, the property manager. Patrick was very nice and gave us a detailed tour of the property. The Hacienda is located on a private corner lot. The home is very comfortable and is well equipped with all the necessities needed. The back yard is amazing! Our kids spent all day in the pool which allowed me to take long naps (something I really miss). We enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor dining. I was able to BBQ and sip on a few cold beers while my family laughed played. The lighting of the front and back yards made the night my favorite time of our stay. The pet friendly property is secure, which allowed us to let our 2 dogs enjoy the back yard and front yard space equally. We've rented homes in Palm Springs and Palm Desert in the past. Now that we found this gem of a vacation rental, I'm sure my family will be back in the future.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

My friends and I came for the weekend and had a great time. The house is just as nice as advertised. We all really enjoyed the backyard cabana area. Inside of the house is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Great holiday!

Great place to rent! The backyard is huge and is the most amazing space! Loved the bar/barbecue area and the pool is huge! House is very comfortable with everything you need. Process of booking and check in was smooth. Would definitely rent this again!

very comfortable and great location

It took us a while to figure out a few things… the coffee pot, the air conditioning, and the TV, but once that was done, it was great. It would be nice to have a binder with instructions for how these work. Also there were no close tennis courts, and the public courts were full at all times. But it was hot, so tennis wasn't a priority. If I were to go back I would want to know where we could play tennis.

Nice property though. Very relaxing week.

Stunning backyard!

My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful home for nine days and had an amazing time. Patrick was great explaining everything and showing us around when we arrived & when we had any minor issues, he took care of it right away. The property is in a great location walking distance to El Paseo Drive & all the great shopping & restaurants are minutes away . The home is well-equipped with everything that you may need in a home away from home . Even has Sonos system for those who enjoy playing music inside and out . Beds are very comfortable . We enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor eating as well as the fire pit. Love the fact that the house is situated on a south facing backyard for ultimate sunshine in winter months . Would rent this property again with no hesitation.

Great stay in quality property walking distance to El Paseo shops and restaurants

We stayed in this expansive well maintained property for a month beginning late January and had a fantastic stay. The property encompasses a large well kept yard, pool, fire pit, and hot tub, with a separate BBQ and outdoor dining area with excellent architectural lighting for the exterior spaces. We were impressed that much of the interior and exterior furniture was of very high quality and the design was updated - the house contains two bedrooms including a large master suite with large ensuite and sizeable walk in closet. Architecture was essentially old hacienda style - the property has been refreshed although not significantly

remodelled. Bedding and towels etc. of very good quality. Kitchen appliances were better than expected and we did a fair amount of cooking - pots and pans/dishes etc. above average for a vacation rental. We asked for a couple of things that seemed to be missing and Patrick the property manager promptly supplied them. The new Keurig unit was appreciated and used often. We did find the lighting in the kitchen a little challenging which may be something to look at during any future upgrades but overall managed well. The property was clean and the owner and property manager were very responsive when needed.

We appreciated the privacy afforded by the back yard with some excellent pool side lounges and umbrellas.

The internet and TV packages were excellent. A couple of Sonos units were on hand which we quickly connected to and used throughout our stay - for those of you who have Sonos at home. The garage and laundry were excellent and we were able to settle in for the month with no issues. The property was quiet and seemed very secure especially considering the very close proximity to the El Paseo commercial areas.

We were unfortunately unable to actually use the pool during our stay in winter - apparently heating costs were prohibitive but it was still great to be able to hang out poolside. We made good use of the hot tub and the BBQ area - a few excellent quality grocery stores are nearby so we mixed up going to the El Paseo restaurants and cooking at home.

We would recommend this property and feel it is excellent value particularly considering its location and expansive size. We would certainly stay again.
