Two story condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Upstairs: Master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private full master bath; Guest bedroom includes 1 queen-size bed and 1 full/double bed (divided by a half wall) and a full guest bath. Downstairs: Newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops; large living and dining area with a sleeper sofa, sleeper loveseat and sleeper chair and a half bath; scenic deck off the living room includes patio furniture and grill in addition to a spectacular view of The Continental Divide. Ski/bike storage, laundry and hot-tub on property. Lobby pick-up/return on shuttle service to nearby slopes, restaurants and attractions. Covered parking.
As original stockholders in Keystone, in the early 1970's the Hendricks Family fell in love with the local people, attractions, activities and, of course, the breathtaking views. Since then, our family has called Keystone a second home.
With our newest purchase of Sts John unit 2523, we are very pleased to be able to share our Mountain Home with you and yours.

Sts. John has always been our favorite location. Our multi-level condo is perfect for a large family or group that may need privacy. After a long day on the slopes and shopping, it is quite enjoyable to retire upstairs while the younger family members are still enjoying the deck, cooking and playing games. Obviously, the view of The Continental Divide is spectacular!

Sts. John is uniquely located next to the bike path and within walking distance to the Convention Center and Lodge. Covered parking.
My wife and I and our four kids (12, 14, 16, 18) had a great time at this condo! The condo and the lift passes were just as advertised. We stocked up on groceries at a supermarket in nearby Dillon and ate all our meals right in the condo. The view of the mountain (Keystone) from the living room was incredible. The short shuttle ride to/from the mountain saved us a lot of hassle and picked us up and dropped us off right where we needed. The lift passes were great! They allowed us to ski as much as our bodies could stand :). The weather was awesome, too The first few days were sunny and warm. The last couple of days were snowy and a little colder. This was a vacation neither we nor the kids will forget!
We checked in at the Keystone Lodge even though information told us an off site. Check in was easy. The condo is about one mile from the Keystone Lodge. The condo was nice, and clean. I did not think the floor heaters produced enough heat for our liking, but fireplace was a nice feature. It was nice to have a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. We were not sure what cleaning service was offered. It would have been nice to have more trashbags available. I mention the cleaning service, because there was a stack of towels outside one of the rooms for the whole time we were there. Overall, i thought it was spacious. the hot tub was good. We had 6 adults and one child and there was plenty of room. Both sofas are pullouts (i think). One of the beds upstairs was a full. One of the travel companions said the tv in guest bedroom did not have cable and had a vcr. You had to call and request a shuttle to come pick you up, since it was not on the normal shuttle route. shuttles come every 20 minutes. We picked up groceries in Dillon, at City Market grocery store. That is about 6 miles away. I would recommend renting skis at an off location. I rented mine at Christys for 52$ per day, which i thought was a little high. Overall, we all enjoyed the accomodations and scenery. The ski passes definitely made it worth the value.
Our group loved our stay. We had 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate all of us. The condo was easy to find and it had a very homey feel to it. Colleen was very helpful and enjoyable to work with as she gave us details of places to go see and eat at. The ski passes were topping on the cake as it saved us money since we did not buy passes beforehand (Thank goodness for the ski passes, but we couldn't use them at Breckenridge).
We look forward to coming back and using this rental again.
We loved staying here! Your condo was comfortable, spacious, well equipped and clean. Thank you so much for sharing your Colorado retreat with us. The ski passes enabled my husband, son and daughter to ski and snowboard to their hearts delight, and let me ski just enough, but not more than I wanted to, with no guilt about relaxing on the balcony with a good book because I didn't pay extra for the pass. PERFECT.
It was nice to be able to visit the busy River Run Village but even better to be able to retreat to the peace of the condo when we'd had enough people watching and visiting.
The shuttle service was convenient and reliable. We used it every day even though we had our own car. It was so easy.
We'll be recommending your condo to anyone who asks us where to stay in Keystone.
