Walk to Griffith Park, which has everything like hiking, tennis, horseback, pool, tennis, soccer, and more. Three blocks to Glendale Blvd (our central Village Area) which has all the shops, eateries, and yoga. Trader Joe's is less than a mile.
Great layout , bedrooms upstairs away from visitors, refinished hardwood floors, Saltillo tile in kitchen, large grassy front yard, rear private small patio, modest yet clean bright, and priced well for the money. Why stay in a hotel??? Smart tv with Netflix and password.

Cozy townhouse, attentive host, older home has some quirks. Overall stay was good.
This was a perfect place to stay for two friends. We each had comfortable bedrooms. The property had every thing we needed for a great vacation!

My husband, son and I stayed in this unit over the Christmas weekend. The house and beds were very comfortable. It was centrally located, which made it easy to get to almost anywhere in LA. The price was reasonable for a three night stay. One recommendation, a small Xmas tree would have been nice since it was Xmas.
This was a very comfortable place to stay and had the right amenities for my family of 4. The space was much better than what we would have had in a hotel (plus kitchen and living room). Very private. Was convenient to freeways which made it easy to get to our Universal Studios, USC, downtown LA, and Hollywood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
