This is a pet friendly house and is located within a 2 minute walk to theBagnalls Pet Friendly Beach, thisis the only all hours, leash-free dog beach in the area.

This truly is a relaxing house, due to the sunny, open aspect onto the native foliage and birdsong of the adjacent reserve. Level indoor /outdoor access to the centrally located grassed courtyard, which is enclosed by a hedge and 90cm high fence, providing easy supervision of toddlers and pets; and easy access for those older, or less mobile, to the alfresco BBQ and outdoor dining area.

The sun drenched living rooms and courtyard make the house a perfect getaway in both summer and winter. Two living areas offer opportunity to escape the family action for a quiet read, making it a great multi-generational holiday house.

Accommodation comprises of a large master bedroom, with ample space for folding cot etc, ensuite and walk-in robe, and two bedrooms with twin beds, family bathroom with bath,separate vanity area and toilet, additional guest toilet, large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, generous family room with large flat screen TV, DVD, Video, Aircon, second large living area with dining table to seat 10, outdoor dining furniture, Gas BBQ , large double garage and room for a boat in the driveway.

Only a short stroll through the bushland reserve to peaceful, dog friendly Bagnalls beach, which is great for walking, child-safe swimming, kayaking, enjoying the beautiful vistas of Port Stephens, and glorious sunsets. A ten minute stroll further along the waterfront park takes you to the charming and protected Dutchies Beach, which is perfect for young children, use of the playground and community BBQs, some lap swimming, and paddleboard hire.

Teenagers can enjoy some freedom, and take advantage of the adjacent bike path for expeditions around the bay, to the cafes and Cinemas of Nelson Bay, or to Ten Pin Bowling and the Salamander Shopping Centre.

A twenty minute waterfront walk takes you into Nelson Bay, with cafs shops and restaurants ora quick five minute drive to Nelson Bay,Salamander shopping centre, Aquatic Centre, The Anchorage Resort facilities and golf courses.If you are keen on the surf beaches then aten minute drivewill get you to One Mile and Birubi, Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay. This property does not provide sheets and towels but does providea dog bed,washable cover, dog towels, inside and outside water bowls and food bowl anda doggy throw for the couch is in a basket in the family room.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you,no party policy in place.
