This luxury 1,300 sf fully furnished townhome is located in the upscale North Park City district of Fox Point at Redstone located across the street from the Utah Olympic Park.
It’s minutes away from three world-class ski resorts (Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons), Historic Park City Old Town and World-class golf courses. All accessible via Park City's free transit bus service.
Fox Point at Redstone sits directly adjacent to a quiet, scenic 1,200 acre Nature Preserve with streams and abundant wildlife. It has DIRECT access to 25 miles of maintained groomed cross-country trails in winter and fair weather paved bike/walking trails.
Everything you need is within the two minute walk to the Redstone and Newpark Villages, meccas for shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife. The Villages boast a state of the art movie theater, bowling alley, shops, restaurants, Pubs and the Gourmet Wild Oats market. Smith's grocery, Starbucks, and more are just across the street from Redstone Village -- still a short walk from the townhouse. It ‘s within 2 miles of Wal-Mart, the State Liquor store, the Factory Outlet stores and more.
We loved this townhome! We stayed in Park City for 2 weeks over the Christmas break and it was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys aged 13 and 15). Even though the free bus to the ski resort was only 6 mins walk away, we liked the convenience of taking our own vehicle up to the resort and had no trouble finding free parking at Canyons just up the road. The townhome was lovely and clean in a quiet location, just a short walk into the town at Kimball Junction. We could walk to the supermarket and also the movie theatre. It was also only a short drive back into Salt Lake City so we enjoyed a couple of Utah Jazz basketball games.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals for our family. We are a family from Australia on vacation in the US for 7 weeks so it was great to have a place to call home for 2 weeks. The owner was very friendly and answered all of our questions promptly. Thank you.
This town house is located at Kimball Jct amongst some of the most contemporary shops including many choices of restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Not eating out every morning or night or brown bagging lunch at the mountain...not a problem just walk over to the Smith's grocery store or Whole Foods and pick up what you need. We loved the convenience of being close to everything including the ski resorts and the town of Park City. The town house is in a quite enclave of town houses and again in walking distance to restaurants and movie theatre. Master bedroom with master bath and a large walk-in closet. Lovely contemporary kitchen and dining area served us well for the nights we chose to stay home a cook and relax. The other bedroom was a little small with a twin and trundle but nonetheless suited our 8 and 12 year old boys. The pullout sofa downstairs was somewhat uncomfortable to our 15 year old daughter but spacious and with a downstairs bathroom close. We were told the air mattress for the pullout was broken which probably would have made it more comfortable. There is a great attached 2-car garage, wifi and cable. In all for a ski family of 5 this was a very suitable location with many amenities and warm and comfortable feeling.
This townhouse has great charm. Near to so many things in the Park City area; it is easy to get to and access all the different venues you could want. Being near the Olympic Park, shopping, 3 world class ski resorts, and historic downtown Park City were great; however the convenience to Salt Lake City was awesome too! The interior is pleasing and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. The amenities like the garage for parking, open kitchen, washer & dryer, and whirlpool tub are just some of the great features. The little things like soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers in the showers, the lotion on the counters, and the spices in the kitchen just add a great touch. The owner has been wonderful to work with and really makes you feel at home. We are so happy this is the townhouse we stayed at.

I require $500.00 to reserve the unit which is refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in. The remainder of the rent is due 15 days prior to check-in.
