My husband and I had a beautiful time on the deck, amazed at the gorgeous 180 plus views. Pine is a cute community with very good eats = Mi Familia, Pine Creek Fudge/Ice Cream and The Old County Inn. Don't get to Pine and skip Tonto Bridge!! It is magical and breath taking - pack a picnic to eat in their lovely grassy park. Julia is a super star to work with and the cabin rates A+, well stocked along with very clean!! We will be back!!!! Thank you Julia, we feel so lucky you make this slice of heaven available for others to enjoy.

Owner's Response: Guests like these may our hearts smile. Thank you! I would add to include "That Brewery" to the Good Eats places to go. The Old Country Inn has woodfired pizza which is simply to die for. That Brewery is pet friendly and has amazing fish and rib fry's on Fridays. Tonto National Bridge is a must. For those spunky, hiking folks, the natural hot springs and lagoon at Fossil Creek is a rated #1 . Excellent swimming lagoon but it's a hike. Today, you can drive within 3 miles. Another must is the Ranch at Fossil Creek and Fossil Creek Creamery Goat Milk Fudge, Goat Milk Soap and Lotion, Goat Milk Cheese . A delightful farm that sells its products to the top Hotels. This is a MUST for kids who can milk the goats - and for fudge foodies and ladies like me that love goat milk soap, lotion - anything !

Nice and Cozy. We absolutely loved it here

  • 5 of 5

This home is very clean and inviting. We loved that we can sit on the patio and watch the humming birds and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It was wonderful to get out of the city for our mini staycation. Hot tub was a bonus.

Relaxing Weekend Celebrating Anniversaries

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed, comfortable beds, clean, smelled nice, the deck was amazing, peaceful, friendly neighbors, gorgeous views, and the host (Julia) was easy to communicate with. We spent most of our time on the deck grilling seafood, drinking wine and chatting. The hot tub was very relaxing as well. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We had a great time on our second visit to Pine-N-Away. When we arrived the hot tub was not in great shape. I called Julia and she had it taken care of right away. We really appreciated that because it is one of the reasons why we choose this property. There is nothing better than star gazing from the hot tub. We would have liked it if there were cushions for the lounge chairs on the deck, which the house information states are in the garage. They were not there. The couch was not very comfortable. The house is lovely though and it is very warm and welcoming. Everything that you need is there. We love how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood is. We had a elk visit us one night while we were on the deck. The Tap Room was great, loved the pizza and beer selection!

Owner's Response: Thanks so much Laura ! The hot tub was due to be serviced the next day as we do on a weekly basis. With the heat, the chemicals get eaten up quickly. Sorry again that you arrived the night before maintenance ! The lounge chairs on the deck are new and designed to not need cushions :-) Very comfy ! Our previous ones had cushions disappear on a regular basis via wind or otherwise.

Comfortable, well-stocked cabin

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our time here. The cabin is extremely well stocked. Bedrooms and baths are well appointed. Sun is very bright in the morning. Not a lot of comfortable indoor seating. You must carry out the trash and the closest gas station charges $2 a bag to dispose of the trash.
