The National forest is only 7 feet from your balcony! No buildings to block your view... only pine trees, aspens and Mt. Royal. The relaxing , indoor hot tub and laundry facilities are a few doors down in common area, about 80 feet away.
A charming Frisco townhome with hometown Frisco charm.
I rented this townhome for several years and when the owners decided to sell I bought it immediately. You can't beat the location for skiing, biking, hiking, exploring or enjoying the quiet Main Street restaurants and shops.
Chris Curtis purchased this townhome in 2004
Location, townhome comfort, the feel and smell of the mountains and being a part of the mountain town of Frisco. With the national forest 7 feet from your balcony, the free bus stop 50 feet away, indoor hot tub 80 feet away and walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops, it's all here.
There are few townhomes in Frisco where you can walk out your back door and be in the forest or walk out your front door with your ski boots on to take the free Summit Stage to Copper Mountain for world-class skiing and boarding.
We made the spring break trip from Ohio and everything was just as promised. The condo is very nice, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room to relax and just a few easy steps to the free bus to slopes. The 17" of snow we received 72 hours really made for great skiing at Copper and the other nearby ski areas.
If you are coming to ski make sure you check out Copper's online discounted lift tickets. Any number of days skiing are considerably discounted from the ticket window price. Just purchase online and pick up your passes at the area's ticket window.
The town of Frisco has everything you might need with modern grocery store and Walmart. These stores are well segregated from the charm of Frisco's Main Street with shops and great food from breakfast and burgers to fine dining. Our favorite was Ollie's on Main St., great food and drinks.
Thanks Chris for sharing your beautiful place.

Property is very clean and nice for 4 adults. Kitchen was fully furnished. We would recommend this nice condo.
Downsides were few and minor, but there was no kleenex so we had to buy, the bathroom amenities were not great, so bring own shampoo, soaps (bar provided!). I always save from varies stays elsewhere and bring along my own small bottles.
We had a time with the fireplace, the wood was ample but there was no kindling and the flu stuck so we had a smoky room to start.
Overall, the furnishings were comfortable, beds were great, ceilings were tall and the skiing at Copper was wonderful... Oh, we did all our own cooking because of our eating choices so can't recommend any restaurants. Covered parking was great and we did not even move our vehicles from arrival to departure. A big plus.
We spent a fabulous weekend at the condo with another couple. There was plenty of room for lounging and relaxing. The kitchen is absolutely one of the best supplied we have ever experienced for a rental. This a a perfect weekend retreat or a longer stay. We highly recommend this property.
Nice Condo, everything works and make it feeling like home.
And bus stop right front makes it easy access to skiresorts , also short walking distance to all good restaurants!
We would come back again after next big powder!
Had a great experience. Very nice condo with all the necessary supplies and feels like a mountain cabin. Awesome location and centrally located within multiple resorts and literally right off the highway. Short walk to town or lake. We didn't take advantage of the shuttle service outfront but did however have friends from copper use the shuttle to come over for dinner. Thanks Chris
Located in Summit County home to 4 ski resorts, Copper Mountain , Breckenridge, A-Basin and Keystone. Vail and Loveland ski areas are only 25 minutes away. You can be skiing on Copper Mountain in 17 minutes on the free shuttle that stops in front of the townhome. National forest is 7 feet away and cross country skiing is at your backdoor.
