One Bedroom, One Bath with all the amenities

This is a quiet 16 unit condo complex on the bay side which is primarily owner occupied. This condo is in a great location which is one block from the main strip, two blocks from the beach and near the entertainment district. The area is secluded from noise and traffic

you will enjoy the tranquility that comes with property. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the unit. Sorry, no pets allowed.

This unit will sleep six. One bedroom queen size bed with large closet. One bath. Bunk beds and a full size sofa sleeper in living room. Nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Unit has a stackable washer and dryer. All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. All linens and towels are provided for condo.(Please bring beach towels). Dining table and bar area with bar stools. TV with cable. Complex has a newly remodeled courtyard and swimming pool in center. Community barbecue pit and picnic table.

Perfect for a stay on South Padre Island

Our stay here was great. We were able to check in whenever we arrived and check out the same way, very relaxed. The condo has everything you could need during the stay, a kitchen, adjustable thermostat, laundry, a full size bathroom and great sleeping arrangements. We didnt have to buy any kitchen supplies either. Everything we needed could be found in a drawer, which helped so much not having to go out to eat all of the time. There was also a grilling area that includes a grill that anyone in the complex can use, which I found to be awesome because we love to grill but didn't bring ours. Having a pool was also great because it gave us the option to still be in the sun and cool off on a day when the surf was a bit high. The neighbors were all super kind and many of them were able to recommend the best restaurants and things to do on the island but we never felt as though we didn't have privacy and they were all very respectful of us as tourists. The location of the condo is also on the bay side which we really enjoyed because it seemed more calm on this side of the island, and the walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes, so very doable. Plus the beach access point that is closest to the condo has a restroom, so maybe great for families! It's also almost centrally located on the island too, so anywhere you want to go is only about 5 minutes away by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Isaac's place to couples, families, small groups of friends, or just about anyone wanting to visit SPI because it was such a great place and super affordable.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

The property was better than advertised. On arrival late the first night we found everything ready for us to stow our luggage and go to bed in preparation for our long weekend. The linens and towels were clean and plentiful, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The shower head was at a good height (this is important to me as I am taller than most), the kids loved the bunk beds and there was plenty of space. The washer and dryer were very convenient for drying towels (hard to keep up with in the high island humidity) and the broom/dustpan and Swiffer made it easy to remove the unavoidable tracked-in sand from the tile floor. Although it lacks a balcony or beach view, the economical rental fee makes this a great vacation value.

The pool and the common outside area were clean and very well kept, with beautiful plantings. The neighbors, both residents and guests, were friendly and pleasant. Parking was easy and well-marked.

While not right on the beach, it was close enough to a beach access with good free parking and a shower for rinsing after to be very convenient. The Blue Marlin grocery store and the entertainment district were also only a few blocks away.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily rent there again.

Great rental in great location.

I spent three nights in the unit at the end of July. The unit was clean, well stocked with linens and towels, and the owner was great to work with. The unit is in an older complex but one that is maintained and felt very safe. The parking was assigned by unit so I didn't have to worry about where I was going to park. For the money this is probably one of the better options on the island for someone looking for a simple clean place to stay. The cleaning fee was fair and I will rent this unit from this owner again.

Absolutely clean and near everything.

We spent 4th of July weekend here and it was a pleasant surprise. The condo was clean and although we didnt need to fit 6 people: it definitely can. The location is conveniently located where it is within walking distance of all the popular spots to hit while on the island. Best of all was Lillyan David. She made it so easy and was always very responsive to any questions. We will certainly use her condo again if she will have us. ENJOY YOUR TIME THERE!!!!

Perfect for our family

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean, fully stocked, and relaxing. The washer/dryer was a life saver, especially with two beach loving boys! We stayed in the condo 4 nights, and truly enjoyed our stay. I kept in contact with the owner by phone and email; she was very pleasant and quick to respond. We had a great experience and enjoyed our trip very much. Thank you!
