This two bedroom unit sleeps six comfortably and is approximately 1100 square feet, completely furnished with custom furniture, private balcony with decorative railings, spacious bathroom, three flat-screen color televisions, and wireless Internet.

The Master bedroom is en-suite, has a king-size bed and a flat-screen color TV (cable). The second bedroom includes two twin size beds, ample closet space, and drawers.

The spacious living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper and a flat-screen color TV. The living room also includes a dining room with table and chairs and a beautiful granite countertop. Off the living room is a beautiful private balcony which offers views of the mountains.

The kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave and range. A hydronic heating system is used to heat slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors.

The unit is located in Squaw Valley, home to the 1960 Winter Olympics, situated in the “Village at Squaw Valley” at the base of the ski mountain and just steps from the gondola and other ski lifts. A Ski storage locker is located on the first floor. Enjoy views of the Mountains and Aerial Tram from the living room and deck.

Restaurants, shops, galleries and a spa are all within the Village and just steps from our condo. Several restaurants located in the Village include Mamasake Sushi, Fireside Pizza, Rocker, Bistro 22, Auld Dubliner, Mountain Nectar and Plumpjacks. Starbucks is also located in the Village and offers morning delivery service. Other Village amenities available to you as a guest are a media room, kids’ playroom, billiards room on the base floor, eight hot tubs and four fitness rooms located strategically throughout the Village. Additionally, secure heated underground parking for the length of your stay is included.

Winter activities include world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh riding and ice skating.

In the spring, summer and fall your options expand to include activities at or near the resort such as hiking, biking (trail and mountain), horseback riding, tennis, golf, rafting on the Truckee River, boating, sailing, kayaking, and swimming on beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Fantastic place to stay, great host

This is a spacious, very comfortable & ideal place to stay in the middle of all that Squaw Valley has to offer. You can park, unpack and not drive again until you leave. Restaurants and bars, coffee shops, ice cream, sports gear shops - and of course all the outdoor activities right outside the door. River rafting and getting to Lake Tahoe (Tahoe City) is a short 15min drive with even more stuff to, places to eat, lake activities, etc. This is a very family friendly place to stay but quiet at the same time, even with windows open at night (summer or course) by 10pm everything was quiet. The condo itself was a great base camp for our family of 4 during a long-weekend summer getaway. Fully stocked with kitchen stuff, towels, extra bedding, etc. Lots of modern touches with enough local/mtn decor to remind you you're in the mountains. Classy but not overdone. Eric was a very on-it host. Communication before, during & after was direct and easy & he was highly concerned that we had the best stay possible in his condo. Looking forward to staying here again.

The condo was in a beautiful location and nicely decorated and very clean!

We stayed at this property from August 2nd - August 6th, 2017. It is in a great location, nestled in a valley with mountains surrounding it. You just walked outside the condo to a small village with restaurants (and Starbucks!) and shopping. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean! We hiked, biked, went horseback riding, kayaked, and went on a gondola (which is located in the village) to the top of a mountain where there was hiking and swimming. The area has great history! We hiked through tunnels in the mountains where the first railroad was built. We also went to Donner Pass and Donner Lake.

The owner was very nice and always responsive to any questions we had. He responded very quickly when we contacted him through email or text. We would most definitely recommend this property!

Great property, spacious 2 bedrooms central to Squaw, and a great owner

My wife and I spent a week at this apartment at The Village at Squaw Valley. We have two little kids. It was a great experience.

The unit is a spacious 2 bedroom with a relatively big kitchen/dining/living area. Very easy access to the slopes, there is a store with everything you need in the building, two great hot tubs one floor below with views of Red Dog (we caught fireworks from the hot tubs twice, which were a highlight for my 4 year old). Parking is in the building and super convenient to load / unload things from / to the apartment. Ski locker on the first floor very easy to access.

The owner is very easy to interact with. Very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable.

Perfect setup! Will rent again for sure.

Great location, Great place
