This apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, at the intersection of the famous rue Dauphine and a stone's throw from the rue de Buci and the Seine River.

This area is one of the most beautiful parts of Saint Germain des Près, as it is right between the Seine river, the famous Boulevard Saint Germain and rue Mazarine. You can access by foot, some of the city's best cafés and restaurants, as well as countless boutiques, art galleries, and museums.

The surrounding cafés are the same ones visited by Jean-Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, and Pablo Picasso (Chez Georges, Café de Flore, 2 magots…).

The rue de Buci, around the corner, hosts open markets nearly every day of the week. Additionally, there are several grocery stores on the block.

The rue de Nesle where the property is located, is a small street with little traffic which implies that it remains very calm.

The apartment is an ideal base for sightseeing.

I travel to Paris for work every month and stay in the same hotel in the 5th. This time I brought my family (young kids) and decided to rent an apartment and wanted to be in the 6th. Found this apartment through Glamaparis, spoke with Meghan, met up with her on one of my monthly trips to fill out the paperwork, could have easily done it through email but since I was going to be in Paris a few months before I visited their office. Excellent service, Meghan found another apartment for my associate for the same time period right around the corner.



This apartment was near perfect for us, it is right in Saint Germain which is one of my favourite areas of Paris, it was clean, comfortable and the right size for a family of four. The only thing that would have made this apartment better would have been a view, however the lack of view encouraged us to step out the front door and go explore the beauties of Paris.

  • Both bedroom give to a quiet flowered courtyard, they are very quiet and comfortable. Air-conditioning is forbidden in most Saint Germain's apartment buildings, that is why the owner chose to add a ceiling fan in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a large, high quality king-size bed and 2 closets (one on each side of the bed). The second bedroom also has 2 closets and 2 single beds which can also be put together as a king size bed.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with no lift. The stairs are wide, stable and well lit, however. Our apartments all come furnished with fresh linens and a set of towels per guest. Enjoyed our stay very much. Just wish the master bath had it's own toilet. There is room for it.

Location couldn't be better.

The rental contract shown on the VRBO website was not the same as the one used by the agency. This was very confusing, but fortunately we didn't need to make any changes.

Fantastic location for an American tourist

The location was great. Close enough to walk everywhere. Although just a minute from many restaurants and businesses, it was very quiet in the apartment. We slept great. I was with my daughter and we felt safe in this area. The French we're welcoming to us wherever we went. Easy to hop a train, metro or order a cab for areas further away. A car is not necessary.

A lovely flat in a great location!

Overall we were very pleased with the flat and the service we received from GLAM. We are a family of 5 (3 kids 12 9 7) from Canada and it was our first time in Paris. When we called from the train station and informed them of our arrival, Andre was waiting for us at the flat and he graciously helped us with our bags up to the 2nd floor (no elevator which was fine) and he reviewed every detail of our place and answered all our questions and gave us all contact information in case, which we never needed.

The flat has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed and easily sleeps 6. The bathrooms are new and nicely tiled. The shower pressure was great and the water very HOT. The toilet is separate from the bathrooms. Beds are clean with fresh clean linens. Ceiling fans in the ceiling of the bedrooms were all that we needed as we feared not having AC, but the flat never got too warm. The kitchen had everything we needed. TV had hundreds of channels and the WIFI was very strong.

Location was great! Its on a little side street that was quiet and felt very safe. One block north and you are walking on the Seine. One block south and you have a busy little area with great cafes and restaurants and our daily morning bakery. One block further south and you are on Saint Germain Street which a main street with lots of action.

Cleaning Fee $294.43

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (2,5% for VISA, MASTERCARD & 3,5% for AMEX)

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per adult & per night.

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
