This apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, at the intersection of the famous rue Dauphine and a stone's throw from the rue de Buci and the Seine River.

This area is one of the most beautiful parts of Saint Germain des Près, as it is right between the Seine river, the famous Boulevard Saint Germain and rue Mazarine. You can access by foot, some of the city's best cafés and restaurants, as well as countless boutiques, art galleries, and museums.

The surrounding cafés are the same ones visited by Jean-Paul Sartres, Simone de Beauvoir, and Pablo Picasso (Chez Georges, Café de Flores, 2 magots…).

The rue de Buci, around the corner, hosts open markets nearly every day of the week. Additionally, there are several grocery stores on the block.

The rue de Nesle where the property is located, is a small street with little traffic which implies that it remains very calm.

The apartment is an ideal base for sightseeing.

About Samia, Paul, Sarah (GLAMAPARIS)

Working for GLAMAPARIS agency, I am in charge of the management of this apartment. I work in the agency since 2010 and we are managing apartments mainly in the 1st and the 6th, Louvre and Saint Germain des Près.

Our agency is in the 1st, in rue du Pont Neuf, we want to stay nearby apartments we manage to have the best reactivity for any help and to be able to be there quickly.

This apartment is done by the apartment we are working with for years. The owner decided to buy this apartment as it is a very quiet street and gives to the courtyard.

Then, she decided to renovate for her family thinking about rentals, that is why even with its size of a bit more than 60sqmt, it is so well equipped and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She thought it with its architect to avoid any space lost.

I travel to Paris for work every month and stay in the same hotel in the 5th. This time I brought my family (young kids) and decided to rent an apartment and wanted to be in the 6th. Found this apartment through Glamaparis, spoke with Meghan, met up with her on one of my monthly trips to fill out the paperwork, could have easily done it through email but since I was going to be in Paris a few months before I visited their office. Excellent service, Meghan found another apartment for my associate for the same time period right around the corner.



This apartment was near perfect for us, it is right in Saint Germain which is one of my favourite areas of Paris, it was clean, comfortable and the right size for a family of four. The only thing that would have made this apartment better would have been a view, however the lack of view encouraged us to step out the front door and go explore the beauties of Paris.

Great location, great amenities, wonderful apartme

We stayed in this apartment in July. The location is superb just a place from the Seine, however, it is on a vary narrow side street. The sleeping rooms are in the back of the unit on the courtyard so the unit if very quiet at night. The unit has all the amenities needed. It is very tastefully decorated and has high ceilings with large windows so it is a very welcoming place to stay. The management company is very attentive and helpful if anything is needed. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect in Paris!

I'm reluctant to share what we really thought of this apartment on rue de Nesle because I don't want it to become hard to book in the future! I have to come clean though and write the truth. This was one of the best experiences I have had in a rental property....from the booking experience, to the apartment itself. Samia, our booking agent at Glam Paris was perfect in every way. She made sure I felt comfortable with the booking process (since I had never booked overseas before) and was clear in answering my many questions before actually booking. The location of this apartment can't be beat.....everything was at our fingertips. Grocery stores, cute markets, pastry shops, Paul for baguettes, and cafe's galore. You could want for nothing in this neighborhood. The apartment itself was everything we could have hoped for and more. There was ample space for our family of 4. Our teen daughter and son loved having their own room and had plenty of space to spread out. The bedrooms were perfect...bathrooms, perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment is located down the quiet, small street of rue de Nesle....not directly on a noisy major street....this is a major perk. We spent 10 days in "our" apartment and we have already vowed to go back. Great booking acency, great apartment, the great neighborhood of St. Germain.......we couldn't have asked for anything better! I only wish I could post all of our photos here! Many were taken within this sweet home away from home! Great first trip to Paris experience for my children......many memories made here that will last a lifetime. Thank you! (and we will be back!)

Wonderful apartment! Fantastic location

This apartment was perfect! Looked like the photos, too. Perfectly located for sightseeing. We just walked out of apartment and a block over in one direction was the Seine and one block over in the opposite direction unveiled shops and cafe's. We also loved being few blocks from Latin Quarter.

We were there 22 days and loved being so close to everything. At the end of our (short) block was terrific art gallery and across the street on corner was a cafe.

The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people. The neighborhood was bustling but the apartment was quiet at night. No issues at all after we got the hang of how the washer/dryer worked. The showers were roomy. The water was hot and the pressure was great. The beds were firm and comfortable. Everything worked fine.

We highly recommend this apartment!! We would stay there again in a heart-beat... Samia, the manager was very helpful via emails before we got there and was very helpfull once when we were there.

If you have a chance to stay in this apartment, you will not be disappointed!!

Perfect location!

We couldn't have picked a better location for our 6 night stay. Less than 2 blocks from the river in a charming neighborhood full of shops. We stumbled upon wonderful street a couple blocks away with several sidewalk cafes and a band playing outside. The apartment itself was clean and the vaulted ceilings made it feel very roomy. The bedrooms do look directly across to another building so you may want to keep the drapes closed. We arrived late and were met very courteously by our host. Charming and convenient!

A month in Paris

We had both a wonderful stay and exceptional customer service. This apartment is centrally located, and so convenient for walking strolling and catching both metros and trains!

Most important for me was the exceptional and considerate support given by Glamaparis - thank you Lyazat, both pre during and post our vacation. A simple thing like a worn out coffeemaker, replaced instantly and almost magically, or an offer to help us with our bags, contact during our stay to make sure all is well. This is what makes a good property great.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

This is a great apartment. It is compact in size but with enough space to manage. We were a party of 3 adults and a 2 and a 4 year old. Beautifully appointed, great facilities and beds are beautifully comfortable. 3rd floor with no lift, but not a problem. Customer service from glama is very attentive.

Cleaning fees $281
Stay tax €1 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (2,5% for VISA, MASTERCARD & 3,5% for AMEX)

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per adult & per night.

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
