What makes this Bungalow unique
This is one of the first properties that I bought when I first started in rental business. It has an extra large lot for the city and the location that it is in. it is for your use while you are staying at this property.

Cute cottage downtown
Very close to the Van Andle we could uber each way and very affordable. I'm sure we could of walked if it hadn't been raining. The house was perfect for us girls! Thanks for letting us stay
Nice little cottage that worked fine for my friend and myself. We were in town for a conference at the DeVos Center and it worked well as it was within walking distance and we didn't have to pay for parking. Each of us had a bedroom. The kitchen had ALMOST everything we needed - it lacked measuring cups, but that has been remedied for future guests. All in all a nice place to stay. I don't think I'd want to with more than three or four (max) people in the house.
Too many people in too small space
Owner communicated well and was friendly.
Central location. 5 adults staying in a place that slept seven was too much.
Small rooms, small bathroom.
Tall guests felt cramped. WiFi not apparent... would have appreciated a “Welcome Note”.
Quaint house in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown
Clean, well maintained house. Well stocked with everything you could need. Close, walking distance to downtown. Close to the freeway so it is easy to get anywhere you want to go.
Mike is great. He responds quickly to any questions.
We would definitely stay there again.
Clean, quaint and cozy
Very cozy home that has all of the amenities we needed. Felt right at home!
Awsome little house close to everything you would want will be back again
