5 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, 1 Half Bath, Motorboat & Hot Tub: Sleeps 12
We are excited to offer this brand new 5 bedroom summer home on beautiful Trout Lake, built in 2017. This gorgeous home has been designed from the ground up to provide you with incredible, Adirondack styled accommodations that are ideally suited for vacations with family and friends. The kitchen is spacious, fully appointed, with brand new appliances, cabinets, countertops, and an island with seating for four. Food always tastes better at the lake and those fantastic meals can be served in the dining area and on the screened-in porch just off the kitchen, as well as on the back deck, just feet from the waterfront. Every one of the 5 bedrooms has a view of the lake and combined will sleep 10 comfortably in brand new beds. The Sleeping porch sleeps 4 in 2 new full-sized beds and is everyone's favorite place to take in the fresh lake air and listen to the haunting sound of the loons, a truly unforgettable Adirondack experience. Two full baths are easily accessible from the bedrooms and a half bath is conveniently located in the back of the laundry room. There's plenty of room to spread out in the great room which has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, incredible views of the lake, and doors to the deck. It's a great place to gather for cards or board games, to catch up on your reading, tell stories the kids love to hear, or simply stare into the fire.
The 100' waterfront offers panoramic views of the islands and lake and is perfect for wading, swimming, fishing off the dock or luxuriating in the wood-fired cedar hot tub at the water's edge. We have lots of watercraft for you to enjoy: a motorboat, 2 kayaks, 4 paddleboards, and a canoe.
Picture yourself canoeing or kayaking over the calm, crystal clear water as a pair of loons pass by with their young. You may even prefer to tour the lake in the motor boat and fish the very best spots. At the end of the day, there is nothing quite like sitting around the bon fire, toasting s'mores, joking around, and singing camp songs. The star-lit sky is especially great seen from the hot tub! This is all yours to enjoy at beautiful Trout Lake, one of the true gems of the Adirondacks. This is a perfect spot to create special vacation memories with your family and friends that will last a lifetime.

Perfect lake house vacation
This is an amazing house with all the amenities you need. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious with beautiful views. There were so many things to do on the water; paddle boards, kayaks, floating rafts, a canoe and fishing boat. Something for everyone. Also, tons of indoor games. They thought of everything. If the weather is good, it is the perfect lake house vacation.
Great day trips are available in all directions. Beautiful Waterfall Trails are only 20 minutes away. To the east is the high peak region of the Adirondacks, including Lake Placid, the site of two Winter Olympic games (about 90 minutes). Slightly north is St. Lawrence University (about 20 minutes) and the St. Lawrence River (about 45 minutes), and Ottawa, the capital of Canada, with its beautiful gardens, canals and waterways, and the Canadian Parliament (90 minutes). Alexandria Bay and Clayton in the Thousand Islands (about 60 minutes) are to the west, and Watertown (60 minutes), Syracuse (120 minutes), and Utica (90 minutes) are to the south. Some of the best white-water rafting in the US is on the Black River, just 50 minutes away. Other Activities: An hour from the St. Lawrence River and the Adirondack High Peaks. 1.5 hours to Ottawa and 2 hours to Syracuse.
