This three bedroom unit has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, with water views, as well as, access to the lanai, large walk in closet, private bath with separate shower, soaking tub for two, and separate water closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with access to its own balcony with city views, and private access to large second bath. The third bedroom has a double bed, with access to its own balcony with city views. The impeccably decorated living area and spacious kitchen open onto a large lanai with incredible water views. The sliding glass doors open completely so that the lanai can be enjoyed as part of the living space. The unit contains a separate large laundry room, and half bath.
This first class complex has a large outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills. Indoors is a large gathering room, conference room, and complete exercise gym.
Grocery store, numerous restaurants, downtown river front area, and Thursday farmers market are all within easy walking distance. Within a short drive are
Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Ft. Myers beach, Red Sox, and Twins winter stadiums. The Ft. Myers regional airport is a convenient 20 - 30 minute drive on excellent roads.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay in this luxurious, oversized, 3 bedroom condo. From the moment we stepped off the elevator into the elegantly appointed private lobby, it felt like we were in a model suite. This unit has been professionally and tastefully decorated, with exquisite architectural ceiling details, gorgeous light fixtures, beautiful artwork and high end furnishings throughout. Pride of ownership is evident here. The open plan split layout offers the master suite complete privacy from the living and guest quarters. The large screened in lanai with access from the master bedroom and living room overlooking the marina and Caloosahatchee River was an inviting and comfortable spot to relax, read and enjoy casual dinners while taking the breathtaking sunsets. These views and tranquil surroundings were also enjoyed from the gourmet well-equipped kitchen. This unit comes with one reserved indoor parking space located near the entrance from the garage into the building. Ample visitor parking is also available both indoors and outside.
The common areas have an exercise room, entertainment area, outdoor pool, spa, lounges and several BBQs. The grounds are meticulously maintained, beautifully landscaped and both security and property management are on site. The condo hosts regular social functions and activities which make for a fun and friendly atmosphere and a chance to mingle with the other occupants. It would be remiss of me not to mention that the owner took the time and made the effort to keep us updated on the various upcoming events and activities at and near the condo so we would not miss out on things of interest. She was extremely kind, considerate, always available to answer questions and without a doubt we felt she went out of her way to ensure we comfortable and were enjoying ourselves.
High Point Place is a very upscale and impressive address. It is conviently located to many attractions and within walking distance to many restaurants (casual and fine dining), shopping (boutique and grocery) and the vibrant, rejuvenated downtown River Walk.
If you are looking for a luxury vacation rental with a "Wow Factor", this one unquestionably gets a thumbs up from us.
My husband and I have been renting in various locations in Florida for 10 years. 3 years ago we decided to try Ft. Myers. We have liked it so much that we have rented this condo for 3 years. This condo is beautiful. It overlooks the river so we sit on the screened lanai and watch the boats and the marina below. The owner has it decorated fabulous. Really, I can't say enough about how nice it is. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need to cook or entertain. In our experience some rentals provide the bare minimum but not here!
Another highlight is that it is walking distance to downtown. Each year downtown opens more restaurants, shops and activities. You can easily walk downtown or they have a trolley that stops right out in front. Every weekend the "River District" has some special event. A great art fair, art walk, music walk etc,.
Two spring training camps (Twins and Boston), close to the beach, close to Sanibel/Captiva and Naples is only 35 miles away.
So, I guess my 5 star review is based on the beauty of the condo (Looks as good or better as pictures), the location and also Robin the owner is the best landlord. She is quick to respond to every question and helpful always.
We love this place so much, we bought our own!!!
