We had a wonderful time in Las Palmas. The apartment is as described with everything you could need. We had breakfast each morning on the balcony with great sea views and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Carmen the owner was very helpful prior to our arrival and Arantxa who met us was friendly and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to stay here again.
Exactly what I expected! Ideally placed in front of the sea, well equiped and clean. Arancha who welcomed us is very helpful and kind!
If you love the sound of the ocean and want to have it an arm's length, hear the sounds of the waves and touch the sea breeze from your balcony, you are at the right address.
The house is situated right by the famous boardwalk Las Canteras, stretching over a 3KM long walk along the golden, sandy beach. You will also find cozy bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
We found everything exactly as described: apartament small ,but practical It is centrally located close to the major bus station ( Parque Santa Catalina ) supermarkets (Hiper Dino , Spar ), shops and restaurants.
We especially enjoyed the big, sunny balcony.There is an incredible view of the sea and beatiful,beatiful sunset....
We miss Las Palmas already. We would like to come back.

A very nice place with an awesome view. The apartment is clean and practical. Everything went great since the day of arrival to the day we left. Some construction work was done next door, but it didn't bother us since it started after 9 am. Bathroom is a bit tight fit with little leg space, but otherwise very nice.
This frontline apartment had everything we needed for a stay in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The views from the good-sized balcony is beautiful, south over the beach to the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus and west across the lovely blue sea to Tenerife. Although directly on the promenade there was never any noise during the night - except for the lapping of the waves.
The owner's niece was there to welcome us and show us around. Everything was spotlessly clean; the equipment was more than adequate and worked properly. There were absolutely no extras to pay for, in fact there was a welcome pack of beer, cola, water, crisps and nuts. The (free) wi-fi was fast and stable.
Good restaurants are on the doorstep, with specialist shops and small supermarkets when we preferred to eat in.
The building that houses the apartment is clean and calm with quick, quiet lifts.
We would recommend this apartment very highly.
A great value for money. The location is perfect and the view from the balcony amazing. It's on the beach and close to everything. The apartment is clean and tidy. It has all the basics that you need. We were two adults and a baby and there were just enough room as well as hot water for all of us. There were bottled water, refreshments and some small snacks as welcoming, which was very lovely. The kitchen is petit, but suitable for making breakfast and snack. The only shortage in the whole apartment is the lack of feetspace infront of the toilet seat, and during windy weather the noise made by the sunshade on the balcony. Over all I highly recommend this apartment for couples, 2 or 3 friends, or families with one child.
