cozy, but spacious apt of ~900 ft2 in historic, quiet neighborhood close to downtown and most main attractions but you might wonder if you are in the country. great views of mountains and downtown area. not available to loud party types. NO PETS. normal check in after 4pm; check out by 11am. covered parking, convenient to interstates I-24/I-75, downtown, shopping, and attractions. renovation just completed. NOTE: there are honeybee hives on our property. small basketball court, treehouse, and short, 60 ft zip line on partially wooded 13 acres. Note: you are the dishwasher :-) since the apt doesn't have one :-( Clothes washer-dryer with detergent in apt. WiFi. Small library with inspirational/educational/spiritual reading material. Covered patio, Outdoor firepit and a grill with prior approval. 13 acres to roam if approved. Pack-n-play, bath tub, and bouncy seat for infants. Common area has queen sofa bed and single foam floor mattress in addition to 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. So, we can hold more than 4, with prior approval. Interaction with guests as needed; we are normally around the house. We stay 80%+ occupied so we suggest you book asap. Historic, quiet, convenient, peaceful and beautiful scenery, amazing sunsets are not unusual. Guests are responsible to understand and accept risks associated with the recreational areas (b-ball, zip line, treehouse, firepit, etc. Same regarding honey bee hives on the property. No loud music or parties anytime. Quiet time 10pm to 7am since family lives upstairs in the house. Ideal for 1-4 approved guests incl children, possibly more with discussion and approval. No gaming or heavy internet use nor porn on available wireless. No drugs. No smoking. No pets. Adult minimum age of 22 (with/without children). In December 2016 we transferred from 2-1/2 months of great experience and reviews from Airbnb, because of their restrictions on use of OUR property.
