"Tippy Top" is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath log style cabin overlooking a beautiful mountain view and just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg as well as the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge. We are just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Although we are close in proximenty to all of the attractions in downtown Gatlinburg and many quaint shops and restaurants, the cabin is located on a paved road and enables you to escape to the serenity of the mountains in just a few minutes.
With 2 king suites and 2 full baths on 2 levels and 1 queen size sofa sleeper our cabin has an open floor layout and will comfortably accommodate the entire family. The main level boasts vaulted ceilings in the living area with lots of windows to enjoy the serenity of the Smoky Mountain views. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Bedrooms are located on the lower level and each has a full bath. Cable TV is located in both bedrooms, the living room and the recreation room.
The cabin is Free Wi-Fi enabled throughout, so bring your laptop/tablet and you can stay “connected”, if the urge hits you.
We are just 4 miles from light #10 in downtown Gatlinburg and the main entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We are just 12 miles from the entrances of Dollywood and Dolly’s Splash Country in action packed Pigeon Forge. Just a couple of miles from the cabin and you’re right in the heart of the attractions, entertainment, shopping, and a wide range of dining selections on the main parkway of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The “Parkways” of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offers fun for all ages with go-carting, in-door laser tag, and video gaming arcades for the kids; and hundreds of shops offering quilts, antiques, and a wide range of local shops with arts, crafts, and collectibles that make the days long and the stories even better. When evening falls, there are numerous options for entertainment from musicals, to magic, to shindigs and down home country fun.
Tippy Top is located at the top of the mountain and the event of inclement weather you may need a 4 wheel drive or snow chains... otherwise the roads are paved and well maintained all the way.
