There are no words to express how wonderful this place is. We brought our four wheeler and enjoyed a relaxing ride everyday. Enjoyed all meals out on the covered patio that over looks the river. The pool is small, but perfect for a splash or just chilling by the pool.
This home and property is everything described, it certainly surpassed our expectations.
The view of the lake and the color change of fall was breath taking.
My wife, my brother and his wife had a wonderful time, its the perfect get away to relax from a busy hectic schedule of work.

First off the views are breathtaking! The house is exactly as described, the pool and the back patio are wonderful for family and friends to gather with plenty of space for all. My family and I drove in from Texas (total of 8 people) and we could not have been more pleased with our selection of this home. Very clean, and let's not forget how large and impressive the boat dock is. The dock is right in your own private cove and its massive and well built! The owner was kind and even checked in on us while we there to see if we needed anything. Also I must say that the lake is clean, the water is warm, and there are hardly any other boats! We took our jet ski out everyday and the water was like glass. You really feel like the whole lake is yours! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
Highly recommend this property. Great views, private, lots of room for kids to play! Bring your fishing pools as we had some first time fishing success off the private covered boat dock while fishing comfortably in the rain! Owner was very welcoming and accommodating to our special needs so ask and she'll be honest what she can do to help.
The property and amenities were outstanding. The pool was the perfect oasis for our girls while the boys all enjoyed Nick Saban's Football Camp. The split floor plan in the house was roomy for our group and have everyone a generous amount of space. The boat dock was amazing too and a nice tucked away place to do some fishing. Outstanding property and owner!
We had a wonderful family getaway. The property is exceptional with breathtaking views of Lake Tuscaloosa. The house was perfect for all ages to spread out, but also come together cook,laugh and watch some football.
AVOID ALABAMA GAMEDAY TRAFFIC BY TAKING HIGHWAY 216 TO HOLT PETERSON ROAD TO JACK WARNER PARKWAY. TAKING THIS ROUTE YOU WILL AVOID THE TERRIBLE TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS 82, 69, & I-59. APPROXIMATELY 45-55 MINUTES TO UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA DEPENDING ON TRAFFIC. GOOGLE MAPS THIS ROUTE FOR BEST DIRECTIONS. There is a growing number of people who ride their boat and 'boatgate' at the park on the River just below the Stadium on River Rd.
