Overview

About the property

Lovely newly renovated 2BR/2BA condo on one of the most beautiful streets in BH

Lovely newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo apartment on one of the most beautiful streets in historic Beacon Hill. Contemporary style and decor, luxury & high end finishes. The charm and history of a historic Beacon Hill building, but with everything newly upgraded inside the unit. Walk to everything!

Stunning new contemporary renovation with open plan kitchen, dining room and living room on the main floor. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops and island, with all the amenities. Gas fireplace and unique pendant lighting over the island add ambiance.

Lower level has master bedroom suite with amazing master bathroom with marble counters, heated towel bars, heated radiant tile floor, double sink and double shower. Master bedroom has a king bed and access to the small private patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and lovely historic arched window. The second bathroom is just outside the second bedroom and has a tub/shower combo, marble counters, heated towel bars and heated radiant tile floors.

Lovely cherry hardwood floors on both levels. Tasteful contemporary furniture and decor. Everything you need for an upscale experience in historic Beacon Hill.

The location is amazing. Walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, the State House, Government Center and all the downtown tourist sites. Short walk to MGH Mass General Hospital. Short walk to Boston Commons and the Public Garden.

Short walk to Blue Line, Green Line and Red Line trains. Slightly longer walk to Orange Line trains and Commuter rail lines.

We do occasionally allow pets. The condo is extremely clean (see all my reviews!) so you will not even notice that has been a pet in the unit recently, but this property would not be suitable for people with severe pet allergies.

The building itself is very old and historic. The outside is absolutely beautiful. The entry lobby is newly painted with charming old historic details and some 1890 original features. Inside our unit everything is completely renovated, comfortable, contemporary, clean and upscale.

Parking in the neighborhood is difficult and not recommended. We strongly recommend planning to use public transportation and taxi/uber!

Parking in the neighborhood is difficult and not recommended. We strongly recommend planning to use public transportation and taxi/uber! If parking:The closest parking garage is at the Whole Foods / Charles River Plaza at 165 Cambridge St (or enter at Whole Foods 181 Cambridge) which is an MGH parking garage. This garage is usually really crowded during the day, but if you are only using it for overnight, this is the most convenient. The next closest and the least expensive is the Longfellow Garage at 60 Staniford Street [1 hour - $12.00, 2 hours - $22.00, 10 hours - $31.00, 24 hours - $35.00] The other options are the Government Center Garage at 50 Sudbury St and the garage at 100 Cambridge St (enter on Somerset St). Lastly, if you park on the street in the resident parking spots, parking tickets are $40-$50, and they do ticket regularly but not every night so it might be worth the risk.

As with most Boston city apartments and condos, the living space is not huge. It is absolutely comfortable for 3 people, with plenty of space to relax (1332 sq ft) so it is fairly large for "city" size 2BR condo, but with 4 people it starts to get a little more crowded.

Lockbox and keypad door lock make it easy to check-in anytime.

If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, please note the cleaning fee is per every 2 weeks, so there will be additional cleaning fee added to your reservation based on the length of your stay. You will receive cleaning services every 2 weeks during your stay.

Our building rules only allow 1 small pet (up to 35 pounds). Pet fee will be added to your reservation at the time of booking. Pet fee is $25 per day, $125 per week or $350 per month. A $250 refundable pet deposit may also be added to your reservation.

Don't look any further! Perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5

All I can say is don't look any further. We traveled to Boston for vacation and loved our stay in Beacon Hill. The condo was perfect and is as beautiful as the pictures. Jaysa was responsive and easy to work with. The condo is in a perfect location; we literally walked to everything.

Lovely condo, very comfortable accommodations.

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed the condo. It was well appointed and attractive. I recommend not bringing a car as parking in the area is restricted to residents.

Just perfect!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a week while my husband was undergoing surgery at Mass General for larynx cancer. It was a short walk to the hospital and a shorter walk to his doctor's office and Whole Foods. We arrived just before a snowstorm, and were condo bound for two days. The condo has so many luxury appointments that we didn't mind at all. We almost stayed at the Wyndam, but for just a bit more money (compared to just one hotel room), we chose the condo so we could have a kitchen. Looking back, we would have been miserable in a hotel room. My husband surgery had some delays and complications and this condo was truly a blessing. The pictures and description are accurate. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this condo for anyone needing accommodations in Boston, especially if it's Mass General related. The location couldn't be better. I hope to come back someday to actually sightsee and enjoy the city in better circumstances.

Clean, comfortable, stylish, convenient,

  • 5 of 5

Jaysa's description is accurate. Her home is contemporary style and comfortable. It was clean with all new appliances and amenities. The location was perfect. I was traveling for work but brought my family to have a short vacation as well. Jaysa's condo was a great choice for this.
