This apartment is perfectly located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has been renovated to be an upscale accommodation, and is comfortable enough for a family.
Within walking distance to everything Annapolis, Old building charm with new renovations. Lovely park 1/2 block away with water access. Newly landscaped backyard with seating/table. Quiet residential neighborhood.
We rented this property to attend my husband's US Naval Academy (USNA) class reunion. This is a cute one bedroom apartment within walking distance of the quaint historic downtown area of Annapolis and the USNA.
The queen size bed is very comfortable and the linens are high end and very comfy.
The kitchen has clearly been updated, but we really
only used the refrigerator and the microwave oven.
There is a comfy living room couch and cable tv so you can watch your shows or sports easily.
Parking is almost nil, so definitely get the parking pass.
Jackie, the owner, was very responsive when I found the hairdryer there didn't work and I really needed one. Thanks Jackie!
Everything we needed for an awesome long weekend was provided here, even a washer & dryer! The apartment was very clean & comfortable. A great place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is only a couple minute walk to Main St in Annapolis with shopping, food & the harbor. We will stay again the next time we are in town! Thank you!!
Great owner/manager communication...prompt, concise, accurate, helpful. The apartment was exactly as described, no surprises. Located in downtown Annapolis, close to Main Street and USNA. Affordable, good location, clean, comfortable beds, updated kitchen and bath = 100% satisfaction.
We lived staying at Jackie's apartment in Annapolis. We were there for I-day and the location was perfect. It is less than a mile from the USNA gates and a 30 walk from the water. The bed was incredibly comfortable and my son loved the roll away bed. Having access to a kitchen and washer and dryer made life incredibly convenient. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the USNA.
Clean, well maintained, great location. Jackie was so easy to work with. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!
The listing description, pictures, and reviews are very accurate. 4 adults comfortably stayed here all week. We used the kitchen for full cooking and baking. Modern washer/dryer- great. Shower/bathroom good w/ plenty of hot water. Heating/AC units work wonderfully-and we needed both that week! The living room is very large and sits 5 adults comfortably with room for more. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed and the pull out sofa bed and cot were surprising comfortable for adults to sleep in all week too. Parking was not an issue at all with purchasing a very inexpensive temporary residential parking pass for the week ($21.00). It was worth it for us so we didn't have to worry about moving the car or walking a little further to/from the parking garage. The apartment is easy walking distance to all the shops&restaurants in DTA, USNA, and the football stadium. Didn't mind the stairs & the double railing was helpful for my older folks to get up/down them. Owner is easy to reach and very helpful. This was our second time staying at this location; having stayed at both apartments, we highly recommend either and will definitely return.
