very large property and sleeps many easily, close to downtown St. Pete
Very lovely, our guests were impressed
I recently got married and originally planned on housing our bridal party in a larger house on Snell Isle. The owner cancelled our reservation, due to a broken AC, two days prior to arriving in St. Pete. Needless to say, I was in panic mode. I quickly sent reservation request to the Vintage Old Northeast Charmer and was booked within hours. It ended up being the an even better location for our crew. It was within walking distance of downtown, the bay, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. If something was too far to walk, everything was within a 5-10 minute Uber ride. The house was cozy and comfortable for our entire wedding party. Highly recommended for a larger group getaway!
Cute, modern house
Overall, we had a very positive experience! Jessica was extremely responsive to any issues throughout the weekend, and there weren't many. We enjoyed the house, especially the modern kitchen and spacious living room. The area is also very cute and close to everything! We were able to walk to all the downtown restaurants/bars that we wanted to, and it was only a 20 minute drive to beautiful St. Pete Beach!
The only thing to note is that there are no mirrors in most of the bedrooms upstairs, which made getting ready pretty difficult with 12 adults staying in the house.
Very lovely home in Old Historic St. Pete within easy walking distance of downtown
We really enjoyed out stay. Lovely home that accommodated 5 guys for our annual Super Bowl get-away weekend. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to downtown St. Pete which has a surprisingly great selection of restaurants, pubs, and nightlife. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!!
