Just 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. Luxurioius condo in Newpark is walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, moive theater and and Park City Ski Resort is less than 10 minutes by car. If you want you can catch a bus 3 blocks from the condo to any of the three world class ski resorts Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons. Enjoy the 1200 acre Swaner Nature preserve and the view of the mountains from the back deck while sitting in the hot tub after a a great day of skiing the Utah Powder! After relaxing enjoy a short walk and chose from the 20 plus restaurants.
The Condo has slate floors in the entrance and the kitchen, with beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you will need if you decide to stay in and cook a wonderful meal. The living area has a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter that can accmondate three guests and a full size table that will handle all 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy the gas log fireplace while watching the 40 inch HD 1080p flat screen TV. Up stairs each bedroom has a queen size bed, full bathroom and spacious closet space with a large flat screen TV in each. The loft has a pull out queen bed. The master bedroom has a deck where you can enjoy your evening drink before retiring and dreaming of another great day tomorrow!!
This condo has high speed wireless internet service, DVD player, CD player, washer and dryer on the 2nd floor and while you sleep your car will be parked in the garage staying warm and clean of the nights fresh snow fall.
No smoking is permitted inside or on the two decks. Pets are not allowed
My wife and have been coming to Park City Utah to ski since 1980. We have skied many of the western resorts but we found the snow to be the best in Utah and the 30 minute drive from the airport is the best of all. You can leave the east coast in the early morning and be skiing that afternoon. We love how the community lights up for Christmas and there are many wonderful things to do year round. We have spent Thanksgivings in Zion National Park and The Arches Park on the Colorado River which we highly recommend as it is only a 4 to 5 hour drive.

Our unit was built in 2005 and has been very well maintained by the original owner and us. The tall ceilings are great especially the 14 foot+ ceilings on the 2nd floor. If you chose to be in Park City in the summer, it does get to 85, you will be glad you were in our air conditioned unit as most places are not air conditioned.
We love the location as we have an unobstructed view of the mountains in the distance. Newpark and Redstone provide great convenience for our shopping needs and the restaurant selection is outstanding. There are walking trails within a few feet of our condo as well as two fitness centers.
My family and I just spent President's Day weekend in this beautiful condo. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, a loft area with a pull out couch, and three full bathrooms. I have two teenagers, a girl and a boy, so they were each able to have their own bed and bathroom. They were thrilled! The master bath is lovely and I especially liked the extra sink outside of the bathroom. There is a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Downstairs the kitchen has brand new appliances, granite counters, and is stocked with everything you might need. The hot tub and gas fireplace make heading back to the condo after a day of skiing something to look forward to. The condo overlooks a nature area and you see the mountains in the distance - beautiful as you are sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine! We were able to walk to the grocery store and several restaurants. A ski rental shop is right around the corner. We felt comfortable letting our teenagers head out to the Redbox and I saw that there is a movie theater and bowling alley they also could have visited. We skied Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley - all within a 10 to 15 minute drive. We really enjoyed our trip and can't wait to go back!
My husband and I and another couple rented out this condo for the President's Day weekend to ski. Dealing with Tom to book the condo was very easy. He was extremely responsive and kept us updated on the snow conditions as we got closer to our arrival. On arrival, we were met by Ron who answered any questions we had. The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was one of the best stocked rental kitchens I've seen. You would be able to cook or bake just about anything in this kitchen! We loved that the bed configuration was 2 queens as many rental condos only have 1 adult bed plus singles or twins. We also loved that both bedrooms had their own ensuite, and this was in addition to the bathroom on the main floor. Having the private hot tub was much appreciated after our long ski days. For people with a car, this condo is 5min to Canyons and 10min to Park City Resort. For those without a car, there is a shuttle bus stop about a block away that will take you to the 3 area resorts. There is a Starbucks, Whole Foods, Smith's, bowling alley, restaurants, shopping and a movie theater all within walking distance.
We just returned from a week in this unit and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great--close to all the Park City resorts and in a complex with nice shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The unit was nicely furnished and we especially loved the gas fireplace and the hot tub right outside the living room, overlooking the Swanner nature preserve underneath an incredible array of stars. The hot tub fits two people at a time, so our family of four took turns enjoying it. Tom, the owner, helpfully recommended local restaurants and made sure that we could get in despite our late arrival on Christmas Eve. Thanks for the great stay!

To reserve the condo 50% of the rental fee will be due within 7 days of agreeing to book the condo for the desired dates. The remainder of the fee including hotel tax, cleaning fee, and $500 refundable deposit will be required 30 days prior to the reserved date.
