About William Moser
My wife and I have retired in Prescott Valley but we still love this home in Phoenix to have close access to visit our 2 children and husbands and their combined 7 children in Phoenix. Phoenix has a lot to offer but Prescott is a beautiful spot also. We are blessed beyond measure to call Arizona home.
William Moser purchased this House in 2011
Why William Moser chose Ahwatukee Foothills
Our home in Ahwatukee is part of an HOA that really cares about keeping the neighborhoods well-maintained and offering great amenities like the Ahwatukee Recreation Center. Our backyard borders a greenbelt area that is perfect for walking and on one end comes up to a beautiful pond by the golf course and on the other end opens up to South mountain Park, a desert riparian area. We have been comfortable enjoying this home and especially miss the jet tub when we are not there.
What makes this House unique
We love having great access to shopping, restaurants and parks in Ahwatukee. Ahwatukee is a community within the Phoenix city limits and it really has the feel of a small town with lots of big city amenities. Ahwatukee has its own Chamber of Commerce and newspaper.

Well located budget accommodation for older couple
This house is ideally located in a quiet, +55 community close to all amenities. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, pools and recreation facilities; and a short drive to area attractions such as spring training baseball, Talking Stick arena, and Coyotes hockey. The house itself is very basic, with minimal furniture and fixtures both inside and out, and not overly comfortable. It is, however, a good value for the price and having use of the garage is an added bonus. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the house for you. However, if you are looking for adequate accommodation at a good price in a great area, this place is a good option.
Great location, good property to stay with pets
Wish I could give more stars, but the property management company that handles this rental made it very difficult to give more. They were generally unresponsive and extremely hard to reach. Some of the biggest problems were (1) it was after 7:30pm on check In day before we could access the property and ultimately we had to contact the owner and bother him, (2) continual problems with the internet including not having any at all for the first week and a half, and (3) no information on the location or how to use the included community center guest membership.
That being said- house is very well located, central to lots of dining and shopping options. Very central to almost anywhere you need to go in the Phoenix area. Great yard if you are staying with pets and lots of options for recreation in the area. The house and furnishings were a bit dated, but it was a great place to use as a temporary home base.
If you rent here be prepared to get no assistance from the property managers and figure things out for yourself.
