Vista Waikoloa A103

We absolutely loved it. Compared to the other Vista condos that we've stayed: 1) Nice choice of furniture and appliances. Leather coaches and comfortable beds were really nice. The kitchen was nicely upgraded - great job on the remodel and granite counters. Great TV - loved that I could hook up to Netflix. 2) Location. This is the first time we rented a bottom unit and having kids, that was real nice. Good sun exposure but not too hot and you are also shielded from the stiff afternoon winds when lounging on the lanai. We looked at a couple of units for sale but would prefer yours. Not joking, we like the 2.5 bath floor plan and prefer the front of the complex instead of on the golf course. We would definitely stay in your unit again.

Ideal for your perfect Hawaiian getaway!!!

The property will now be part of our family's annual Big Island Getaway for years to come!!! This is my favorite place to stay of all my Hawaiian vacations.

In order to best describe this property I would need a word that means better than perfect. It is beautifully decorated, the layout is ideal for a family (very comfortable and inviting), the convenience to the beach, pool, & shops is unbeatable. This property has a fabulous lanai that feels like your own private backyard where children can play or a morning workout can be done. Its hard to say which is better; morning coffee while watching the palms sway as rays of sunshine warm your skin or the calmness of the afternoon as you can comfortably people watch the passerbys after a dip in the pool. ABay & the historic pools are right across the street as well very close proximity to the Queen's Marketplace; a perfect way to start your morning off with a walk to the marketplace for breakfast. Waikoloa is the perfect place to stay on the Big Island! It's close to the best beaches on the Big Island, close to the pastures of Waimea, and 15 minutes from the airport.

You will surely love this beautiful property! Let me not forget to mention how wonderful the owners are, they are so sweet to ensure that your stay is the very best it could be! Thank you for an amazing place to stay for our family while we enjoy the Aloha life!!!

We came to the Big Island for the first time to attend a wedding. The accommodation was perfectly situated, close to all of our festivities, in close proximity stores and grocery supplies, our condo layout was great for entertaining our friends, in comfort and “like home”. There were also fun restaurants close by within walking distance. Did not see pool, heard was nice but too much beach see... and always great to come back to a great condo.

We enjoyed our stay here. The area is close to some lovely beaches and shops and restaurants. The unit itself was very nicely decorated. Being ground floor though lessoned views and also had some road noise if eating outside. My only complaint was the expansive list of check out duties. I was aware of them prior to booking but still, having to launder all of the towels prior to a 10:00 am departure seems a bit much particularly when you have a cleaning fee already added to the rate.

We were happy with the spacious suite which had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet with easy access to the pool. The resort area had a great food store as well as other shops. We easily toured other parts of the island from this home base.
