Very quiet, tranquil spot.
Great little house, only one bath but we made it work. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub, as planned, because we were having so much fun exploring the areas. Enjoyed the stream out back and the quiet road to exercise. We were only missing trash bags, but felt the owners had a very clean and lovely home.
A great cottage, modern, organized, cozy, and neat.
My family and I had a great relaxing time staying at this cottage. The hot tub by the creek is such a great plus. Everything was organized and neat, and kitchen supply was well stocked. Communication with the owner via his assistant was smooth, and they were accommodating. The only thing needs to be improved is the griller, a better griller should be provided, not a George Foreman's griller, it would make the bbq experience much better. Overall, it is a great place to stay!
Great location. Good wine, good food, beautiful views and scenic hikes.
Charming house next to a babbling brook. Wineries abound. Glen Ellen and restaurants ten minutes away. Jack London state park a must see. Napa Valley an easy 40 minuets drive to shops and more food and wine.
Great little cottage. Wonderful location to the wineries.
We found the cottage clean and possessed all the accommodations anyone could hope for. We loved the soothing water sounds of the little creek in the back! The cottage is centrally located between Sonoma and Santa Rosa and made it easy to find assorted restaurants. Kenwood, which is only a couple miles away also had a couple nice places to eat as well. We loved the back deck, hot tub, fire pit near the little creek, as well as the seclusion and privacy. The only real issue staying here was the lack of cell coverage. We could text, for the most part, but really had no cell coverage, which to be honest, wasn't totally missed either as I was on vacation! To sum up our stay, we both would definitely stay there again should we ever again venture to northern CA.

Cozy and comfortable home away from home
We’ve stayed here multiple times due to the homes location to wineries, the amenities, and the value. John has a wonderful home and ensures it is clean and has anything you need.
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cottage. One of my favorite things was the rushing water of the creek. I didn't even realize that was there because I didn't notice that in any of the pictures. Loved it! Centrally located with a ton of wineries nearby. No cell coverage, which was fine with me! It forced me to relax. I will reserve from you again some time.
There are ten wineries in a two mile radius of this lovely wine country cottage. It is one mile to Landmark Winery and Kaz Winery. Sugarloaf Ridge State Park is a mere 1.5 miles from the house, and there you will find 25 miles of hiking trails and stunning views from the 2,729 foot summit. Also at the park is an observatory with shows and events .Adjacent to the property is a trail to Hood Mountain Regional Park where you can hike and explore forests and wildlife. For a fun, interactive lesson in California history, drive 13 miles to historic Sonoma, the site of the 1846 Bear Flag Revolt. While there, visit the Mission San Francisco de Solano where you will see rooms and costumes recreated from its 1830's heyday. At the Sonoma Plaza, enjoy fine dining and shopping. it is a short drive (7 miles) to Jack London State Historic Park , where you can see the ruins of Jack London's famous Wolf House and explore the museum. If you enjoy pampering, visit the spa at the Kenwood Inn and have a vinotherapy wrap, or a facial or massage. For the more adventurous, a 3.5 mile drive takes you to horseback riding at Triple Creek Horse Outfit . Or drive 20 minutes to Kenwood Hot Air Balloons and view the wine country from the air . There is something for everyone!
