Sleeps 4 (+ cot for young baby) , Grading: excellent, chic, private under-croft parking bay on the grounds at the front of the property big enough for a 4 by 4 motor vehicle, all bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied at the start of your stay, all utility bills included (excluding LAN line and Wireless Broadband Usage)

If you have requested wireless broadband at the time of booking you will be charged a minimum payment during the booking process for usage at £10.00 and this will include usage for the first and second week and thereafter each additional week will costs £5.00 which is non refundable once the booking has commenced. If you request broadband after the time you booked your stay and there are enough funds available the payment will automatically be taken out of the security deposit otherwise you agree to pay this charge on departure following the last day of your booking.

We accept bank transfers and cheque however if you prefer to pay online then online fees will apply.

Private under-croft parking on the grounds at the front of the building for one car. Big enough if you have a 4 by 4 Children age five and over are welcomed but must be supervised Babies Families with a young baby which is still sleeping in a cot and not yet crawling or walking are welcome. We provide the following for your baby: - - Travel cot and mattress and mattress cover. You will need to provide the rest of your baby's bed linen. - High Chair - Changing Mat

Very nice apartment well maintained.

Once up in apartment lovely! but for 2x 81year olds & a 79 & 76 years it was a lot of steps.But overall we enjoyed our stay.Thank-you!

3 stars but only because of the stairs for us .The apartment deserves 5stars!,!

Owner's Response: You have said yourself that the apartment is 5 stars as it was lovely however you have reflected only 3 stars because of your views concerning the commual stairs outside of the apartment. To be fair the apartment is in a Victorian building which holds a lot of its original features including a very large beautiful colourful stain glass window. It is mentioned that there are some stairs and for most people this has not proven to be an issue! You also did not inform us that stairs would be an issue for you! I believe it is very hursh of you to apply only 3 stars especially as there was nothing wrong with the apartment. Our previous guests feedback reflects 5 stars!!!

Lovely apartment in great location, with parking

Beautifully fitted and refurbished Victorian house with fabulous views over Swanage bay. Second bedroom rather smaller than the photos suggested, but close proximity of bathroom helped!

5 minute walk to town centre, beaches and pubs , yet very quiet in the apartment. Own parking space was a great bonus.

Superb apartment

We booked fairly last minute for Easter so did not expect much to be available. We were pleasantly surprised with this little find. Views absolutely stunning over the seafront and such close proximity to the town centre made it very easy to wander into town for an evening meal or potter to get the Sunday papers. Private parking too was a real bonus. Bed in the main room was very comfy. All in all, a very well maintained apartment in a fab location.

Great views from this nicely remodeled apt.

This is a very nicely remodeled and redecorated apt. on the third floor of a historic Victorian house overlooking Swanage. The views looking northward are stunning. The apt. is very clean and modern. We thought the kingsize bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Off-street parking was a nice extra. The area is very quiet. The location is very good as you can walk to the water front in only a few minutes.

My name is Nicola and with my partner we have been running our holiday let Sea Court Penthouse Apartment for the last six years.

We both love Swanage very much and were excited to find a lovely seaside home especially one with wonderful sea views and surroundings. We wanted to be close to the sea and beauty spots so whenever we are at Sea Court we can venture out and explore as many places as we can find.

This was our first visit to Swanage , and was not sure what to expect. However the Penthouse at Sea court proved to be a really good location, the views over the town and bay are lovely. The Penthouse is clean and contemporary decorated. It has all you could ever need for a break in this lovely town. We found that it could be an ideal base to explore the surrounding coast , local pubs and restaurants. We would return.

If you have ever been to Swanage you will be aware of the splendid Victorian town and the unspoilt beauty of the area. If you have not yet visited Swanage it’s about time you did, as there is no where in England quite so fabulous. There are the local award wining sandy beeches and plenty more in the surrounding area of Studland to choose from. Swanage has its own local town with plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely park which you can scroll along the edge of the cliffs and checkout the boats and water sports. All of this is just a few steps away from the apartment. There is also Dulston Country Park which is a fabulous 280 acre countryside paradise, consisting of sea-cliffs and more. You can reach Dulston by car in 5 minutes or if you feel like walking you can take the coastal path and enjoy the views along the way. It will only take you about 15 to 20 minutes from the apartment.
