This completely remodeled and recently updated home has a great location within the Avondale community, offering a peaceful courtyard with its OWN PRIVATE POOL for your enjoyment and yours alone! The home offers 1815 sq ft of tasteful décor and top of the line brand new furniture and stainless steel appliances. Good quality ceramic tile throughout the house makes it easy to upkeep. Open Concept offers a spacious living room and dining room, and a very spacious and beautiful kitchen. The home offers 2 master suites – each with its own bathroom, and plenty of closet/storage space with 2 closets. Both bedrooms have a King Size bed and a TV. The Master Bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom that has dual vanity sinks, with solid walnut cabinets. Remodeled master shower with frameless glass door and new fixtures. The second master suite has a King Size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, and a brand new vanity with a modern sink. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The home has a/c and heating unit. The sleek and modern powder room is situated in the hallway for easy access by yours guests. This is a unique feature of this home compared to others in Avondale that have the same model.

Both bedrooms have glass sliding doors leading to the backyard where you can also enjoy a beautiful sunrise and just gaze at the tall palm trees that line up across the street with distant view of the mountains. The side patio is intimate and you can BBQ your favorite recipe in our propane gas BBQ or Enjoy a BBQ on any day enjoying the desert weather.

The dining room table was built by owner (solid wood) an accommodates sitting for 8 in case you have friends over for dinner; or you can dine “al fresco” in the courtyard which has a patio table that sits 4, and a second patio set (sofa/chair set). The flat screens new TVs throughout the house allow high quality entertainment.

Wine cooler in the kitchen and bar area in the living room makes it easy to entertain.

Avondale Golf Club is a 24/7 guard gated private golf community in Palm Desert; it is centrally located and easily accessible from the 10 Fwy. only 15-20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport and within a short drive to El Paseo, The River, McCallum Theater, The Living Desert, Downtown Palm Springs and the Tram. Just around the corner from our complex you will find the prestigious Desert Springs Marriott, as well as a large Ralphs Supermarket stocked with an extensive wine selection as well as a Coffee Tea Leaf. There are too many world-class restaurants to choose from….. and the Aguacaliente Casino (Rancho Mirage) and Spa Casino (Palm Springs) are all within a short drive away. We are surrounded by over 100 golf courses, including our own Avondale Golf Course, Desert Willow Golf course, Desert Springs Marriott, and the Indian Wells Golf course just minutes away.

Avondale Golf Community offers a social membership to the Private Clubhouse, Lounge & Restaurant as well as the new fitness center, tennis courts, a putting green & the driving range. We own two properties in the Palm Springs/ Palm Desert area because we truly enjoy the desert and its surroundings. We tend to travel there every weekend away from the stress of every-day work and when we return to our full time home on Sundays we truly feel like we took a week's vacation. There are so many restaurants and things to do that you'll never get bored! My husband is a golfer and is truly enjoying the Avondale lifestyle!

We vacationed in Palm Springs/Palm Desert for years and finally decided to buy our own property - in fact we now have two! Our family truly enjoys Avondale due to it's intimate setting and stress-free lifestyle. We have various friends that live in the same community and it truly is a 'home away from home'

What makes this townhome unique

Sitting in the courtyard by the pool with our feet up and reading a magazine or a book is our favorite thing to do in our home. Since it's recently rennovated and everything is new it just feels comfortable yet cozy!

Love it in Avondale, Palm Desert

We spent 3 months here last year and loved it so much we came back for 4 months this year. Olga & Miguel added a small fire pit on the deck which was great for the cooler evenings in December & January. Olga & Miguel are great owners and so helpful with whatever might be needed. We have already booked our time for next winter and truly consider this our "Southern" home away from home. Thanks so much Olga & Miguel. 🌴⛳️😎

We have been here for 3 months and have enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything you need is here. The renos make the home so inviting. All our guests loved it and state how lucky we are. We selfishly do not want anyone else to rent here!

Truly a Hidden Gem

We enjoyed our stay very much. Newly renovated, well equipped kitchen and tasteful decor. The ad says it all. We enjoyed the pool & cocktails on the quiet, private patio. Convenient location as we both love to golf & are members at the golf club. The owners are very pleasant & accommodating. Gratefully appreciated. We will be back.

Exactly as advertised, --- updated appliances and furnishings, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and an owner checking in to make sure everything is OK. stay as we had expected

Tastefully, newly renovated with comfortable and functional furniture and well-equipped kitchen and barbeque areas. We enjoyed the casual large dining set and great room. The unit was peaceful, clean, well-organized and bright. We especially enjoyed the intercom music system. The outside patio area is pleasant and the golf course neighborhood friendly and attractive. Owners are accommodating and professional, all much appreciated.
