About Cathy Bradley
I have been in the hospitality business since 2002, running the Inn at 802 as a successful bed and breakfast. My husband Joe and I enjoy traveling the country in our free time. Renting the Inn at 802 as a vacation rental affords us a little more freedom to do so. We know you'll enjoy your stay in Williamsburg just as much as we enjoy living in this wonderful city. We hope to see you soon.

Why Cathy Bradley chose Jamestown
The Inn at 802 offers luxury, privacy and convenience in Colonial Williamsburg. Your accommodations include 2000 sq. ft of living space that will comfortably sleep 6 people in 2 master en-suite bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the great room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen, great room and private patio makes the Inn at 802 your home away from home. You can even barbeque in the enclosed garden courtyard and your well behaved dog is welcome! We also have private off street parking. The spacious accommodations are perfect for extended stays for you to enjoy what the entire Southeastern Virginia area has to offer with a great home base to return to after some fun, interesting day trips. Among the close-by destinations are: CHARLOTTESVILLE, to the west for a visit to the home of Thomas Jefferson at Monticello. VIRGINIA BEACH on the east coast, has a classic seaside resort with gorgeous beaches, a lively boardwalk, plenty of restaurants and nightspots, and amusement rides sure to appeal to kids. NORFOLK, also to the east, boasts wonderful family adventures such as the National Maritime Museum NAUTICUS, The Virginia Zoo, which exhibits more than 400 animals on 53 beautifully landscaped acres and the Norfolk Botanical Garden. Enjoy all that the Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown Colonial Triangle has to offer from your home away from home at the Inn. To the East, we are only an hour drive to Virginia Beach and two hours to the famous beaches of the North Carolina outer banks; from Corolla Light to the dunes of Kitty Hawk and Nags Head. The Inn is the perfect spot for visiting the colleges in the area. Among them are William & Mary, University of Virginia, Christopher Newport, VCU, Old Dominion, University of Richmond, James Madison and many more. We are located just across the street from the College of William and Mary, so the Inn is the perfect spot for the family for graduation, homecoming, family weekends and Tribe Football and Basketball.

Wonderful Comfort & Colonial Convenience
If you are looking for a luxuriously comfortable and affordably wholesome place to stay right in the heart of Williamsburg, I would book this property without hesitation. This place is nicely laid out with an open-concept high-end kitchen, dining space and living area (along with an en suite bedroom) downstairs, and a full blown deluxe master suite upstairs. It is extremely well appointed. If it doesn't have it, you won't need it, especially the kitchen; cookware, bakeware, glassware, utensils, gourmet appliances - it has everything! The decor and furnishings provide just the right mix of elegance and colonial flavor to compliment the historical nature of the area, while remaining comfortable and functional. It has a wonderful and classy warm home feeling, a reflection of the owners, who are very easy to work with and very accommodating. Our stay here was wonderful. Highly recommended.
Wow, thank you so much for your wonderful comments. It was a pleasure having you as our guests and Joe and I hope to see you again.
Our home away from home.....
The Inn at 802 is always an excellent experience! Beautifully furnished accommodations in a perfect locale. Wonderfully friendly Innkeepers, Cathy and Joe are the perfect host and hostess. The home is always clean and always welcoming. We have stayed here 3-4 times per year since 2014. We stayed at the Williamsburg Inn or a Williamsburg Colonial house on all our previous visits before finding the Inn at 802! The Inn is walking distance from downtown/historic district and across the street from the College of William & Mary. Very convenient, off-street parking. Highly recommend! A+++++++++++++++++++++++
DIANNE and TERRY from Richfield, OH
We very much enjoyed our stay! Our family has traveled to Williamsburg for Spring Break for several years to enjoy the sightseeing and shopping. This was by far the best place we have stayed. The location was ideal, the home was beautiful, and the owners were available and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
This place was perfect. Beautiful place, great layout, clean and modern, nice decor, really comfortable. Hosts were responsive and genuinely nice. Would stay here again if we ever come back to Williamsburg. Not one thing to complain about, and I am somewhat picky. Highly recommended.
Beautiful and Welcoming Home
The house is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had a lovely weekend stay and it was less than a mile drive to Colonial Williamsburg. We hope to stay there again when we return to Williamsburg.
Guest House Amazingness
Not only were the hosts wonderful, but the home itself was fantastic.
We are located in Colonial Williamsburg, walking distance to Merchants Square and the Historic area, across the street from the College of William and Mary, and just a couple of miles from Busch Gardens and Jamestown Settlement. Other nearby attractions are Water Country, the Yorktown Victory Center, outlet shopping, and two internationally acclaimed golf courses at the The Golden Horseshoe Golf Club - the Gold and the Green Course.
