Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom, beach front apartment on arguably the best beach in Barbados, Paynes Bay.The apartment is elegantly furnished to a luxurious standard and boasts stunning sea views. The apartment benefits from a huge balcony, which is accessed by Bi fold doors from the lounge and also from the master bedroom. The balcony accommodates a large dining area, large socialising area and a fabulous state of the art 6 person jacuzzi.

All three bedrooms are finished beautifully, with particular attention to detail.The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and the ensuite bathroom has a large corner bath as well as a separate shower cubicle, Double vanity unit wash basins and toilet. The 2 other bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity unit wash basin.

The modern kitchen comes complete with all mod cons including a large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled filtered fresh drinking water and a separate wine cooler. There is also a breakfast bar area.

The lounge is beautifully furnished and has patio doors which are concertina folding leaving the lounge completely open onto the balcony.The lounge has cable TV, 40 inch LCD television, DVD/BLU RAY player, a DVD library, Apple TV and a HiFi with iPod connection.

We live in Poole, Dorset in the UK. We love Barbados and have been visiting there regularly, for the past 25 years.

Why Simon chose Holders Hill

We loved the beach and we truly believe it is one of the very best beaches in Barbados. We wanted to be right on the beach and in the area of St James with beautiful sea views.

We loved the large balcony as we could have 6 comfortably dine or relax in the armchairs. Sometimes the beach gets too hot for us, so its nice to retreat to the balcony but still be able to enjoy the beach and sea views.

Paynes bay is a fantastic location as it is halfway up the West Coast of Barbados ( Also known as the platinum coast). We wanted to be close to great restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and bars, yet not in the town.

We are on the same beach as the most prestigious apartments on the island being One Sandy Lane and the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel is just round the corner, which says it all really.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment comes with the loveliest housekeeper in the world. Her name is Dena and she is also a great cook. Our guests really do love her and she nearly always gets a mention in our guests reviews.

You will have access to a concierge service who can take care of tickets for sporting events, excursions, boat hire or just even some suggestions on what to do and where to eat.

The apartments have exclusive use of the private beach recliners and umbrellas provided on the beach in front of the apartment. There are private secure car parking spaces at the apartments. 24 hour on site security. HIgh Speed WI-FI. Housekeeping every 3 days. Additional days housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost. The housekeeper can cook and serve breakfast and lunch. Ingredients will need to be provided by guests. This was one of the most enjoyable stays we have had in Barbados.

12 Coral Cove is a beautiful, well-amended home away from home. Beautifully decorated and equipped with modern appliances.

The view from the balcony is the most spectacular view one can experience in Barbados.

The location is absolutely spot on. We couldn't have picked a better area.

And the staff - WONDERFUL!!

Beautifully appointed apartment in a great location. As others have said the pictures do not do it justice. Simon was very helpful in providing help and information and the staff at Coral Cove were all first class. Fantastic views from the large balcony and always sunbeds available on the beach. Very nice indeed.

Had an amazing stay at Coral Cove 12. The apartment is lovely, very clean and has everything you need, not to mention being right on the beach which was pristine, pretty quiet and great for swimming and snorkeling. Dena (the housekeeper) is awesome. Would thoroughly recommend Coral Cove 12!

Exceptional, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family of five, all grown up kids and vacationing from Canada, stayed at #12 Coral Cove at Paynes Bay, Barbados for 5 nights in June, 2018. The owner, Simon, was responsive to my emails and sent detailed info on everything I needed to know in advance of our trip, which was extremely helpful. Once we arrived, the condo turned out better than expected; beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, modern appliances, large bedrooms, large bathrooms for our grown kids was a huge plus, comfortable beds, A/C, and of course, the wonderful 3rd floor balcony tropical view of beach, and turquoise-coloured ocean (no weeds!).

We've vacationed as a family before; but this condo was by far the most comfortable we've had. It is everything as described and more. Lots of towels; pool toys, a few snorkeling masks, and well appointed. The building has 24 hr security, and the guards for morning, evening shifts are friendly and helpful. Like all Bajans we've met, they are warm, welcoming, and happy to share info on entertainment venues, directions, and other tips. The evening guard, James, even called us late one night (he knew we were up as we'd just returned from an evening out) to let us know that a large turtle had made her way onto the beach, dug a spot, and was laying her eggs among the beach chairs; we snuck around and got a few pictures without disturbing her (she was large, wider than a beach chair).

Paynes Bay Beach is one of the better beaches, located beside Sandy Lane Beach. The beaches are open and beachgoers can walk through, visiting hotel restaurants/bars. During our time there, the beach was not busy so it appeared tranquil, clean, and natural, without sharp stones or seaweed. Gentle waves, perfect for lazing around in the ocean. A few kilometers north is the Holetown Marina (Folkestone Marine Park) where glass-bottomed boat tours can be rented along with other water recreation vessels (the operator will come to your beach and pick you up if needed). It's always best to phone ahead first, however. On the waters of Paynes Bay and Sandy Lane, there's an artificial reef (sunken ship) where the bout tour operator can take you for snorkelling and swimming with turtles, then drop you back at your beach.

The housekeeper, Dena, is clean, cheerful, and warm-hearted; my wife felt as though she's known her all her life. She even washes the pillows (not just the cases).

Look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Barbados!

Absolutely lovely oceanfront condo

Coral Cove #12 is unquestionably as wonderful as the description, and the reviews by others. It is pristine both inside and out. The housekeeper, Dena is super efficient, helpful and was a total joy. Simon was extremely easy to work with, as well as very prompt with all correspondence; the booking process, all questions prior to arrival, during the stay, and follow up. There was an issue of construction next door, and Simon responded immediately to resolve our concerns to our satisfaction.

Everyone we had contact with at Coral Cove during our visit was super helpful and efficient.

We sent a grocery shopping list to Simon before our arrival, and everything was stocked, which made our midnight landing easier and less stressful. The on site 24 hour security not only had the keys on our arrival, they helped us up to the unit with our luggage. They also arranged taxis for us each time we needed one, at all hours.

The location was ideal for our needs, very central to the golf (Apes Hill, Sandy Lane, and Royal Westmoreland), the dining (The Tides, The Cliff, Daphnes, Cin Cin), and the spa at Sandy Lane. The property is comfortably and beautifully furnished, with private bathrooms and walk in closets in each spacious bedroom.

Nothing is better than being right on the beach and enjoying the sounds of the ocean - Coral Cove is literally right on Paynes Bay beach, with resort type lounge chairs in the sand, and no hassle of worrying about seat availability. We are very discerning and particular travelers, and usually hesitant to stay in a house/condo instead of a resort, given the high probability of disappointment. In this case, we were delighted that Coral Cove #12 exceeded our expectations. We emphatically and highly recommend this 3BR property for travelers of all types (friends, families, or 3 couples).

Home Away form Home

Coral Cove #12 has become our great escape over the last several years. Open, bright, airy, spacious, we have stayed here with as little as 2 of us and up to 5 of us with room to spare. Steps away from the cerulean blue Caribbean, chaises await you every day. Dena who takes exceptional care of CC #12 is a delight and the security staff headed up by Romeo are both a wonderful asset to staying here. We couldn't nor would we ever consider staying any where other than Coral Cove #12.

The apartment is located on paynes bay beach. The marker on the map is the exact spot. For some reason the advert defaults as holders hill, as i guess that is the general area, however the apartment is on Paynes Bay Beach.

The apartment is located on possibly the best beach in Barbados,Paynes Bay. Paynes Bay is located on the west coast of Barbados in the St James' parish. Coral Cove provides complimentary private beach recliners and umbrellas which are taken out each morning by our security staff and then put away each evening. There is a buoyed off safe swimming area, directly in front of the apartment, in the beautiful calm Caribbean sea.

There is also a beach bar, serving food and drink 50 metres down the beach.

Water sports are available for hire at local rates.

Its excellent central location is just a five minute stroll along the beach to the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Resort in the next bay and less than a mile away from many superb restaurants including The Cliff,Daphnes. Cin Cin and Tides. Supermarkets,Banks and Shops including the LImegrove shopping mall are also within a mile of the apartment.

Golf courses including Sandy Lane,Royal Westmorelands and Apes Hill are all just a short drive from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a small complex of just 14 beach-fronted apartments. Our apartment is located on the 4th of 5 floors. The apartments have an elevator and there is also wheelchair access. The apartment has complimentary high speed wifi broadband.24 hour security. Full time property manager in Barbados.Concierge service.

The apartment can be rented as either a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.
