This is a single story, ground floor condo centrally located just steps from the clubhouse, with two pool and spa areas just steps away to choose from.
It has been upgraded with granite kitchen and bathrooms, as well as upgraded cabinetry.
The living room comes with a 50' flat screen TV, and the bedroom has a 32' flat screen TV.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed with reviewer acclaimed pillow top mattress, and the living room has a sofa bed.
It is located on Begonia Ln. just across from the clubhouse in the heart of Palm Valley Country Club, a guard-gated community with over 1200 condos.
The sliding glass door in the living room opens to a southern exposure with fairway, lake, and signature waterfall views.
There is free wi-fi, and cable TV (pay per view and movies are extra).
This unit has a short term rental permit #30804 with the City of Palm Desert.
We purchased this unit in the summer of 2012 after owning 2 other units in the country club. We know the club well and know that being in the center of the club is the place to be.
Just a few hundred yards from the clubhouse and all its amenities, our unit is just a comfortable stroll away.
My wife and I like the aesthetics of the area with the beautifully landscaped grounds and water features in the community after vacationing at various resorts around the world.

We chose Palm Valley Country Club about 15 years ago after visiting many clubs throughout the desert.
We found this upscale, gated country club community to be among the finest in the desert.
Beautifully landscaped throughout the year makes us always feel that we are on vacation every time we visit.
We also like the fact that Palm Valley is one of the few clubs in the desert that doesn't 'shut down' like so many others in the off season due to the over 1200 units in the community.
Pasta Night has been a Friday night year round attraction at the clubhouse restaurant for over 25 years.
You can also shop, dine, enjoy the lounge, have a spa treatment, or go to the beauty salon year round. Or drive to the nearby casinos, clubs, or live entertainment venues for a night out.
There are several unique benefits of our unit. We have one of the best central locations in the community for starters.
Not only is it just across from the clubhouse, but it is even a shorter walk to your choice of one of two local community pools.
Another feature of our condo is all of the upgrades this unit has received. The kitchen and master bathroom has been remodeled with granite counter tops, cabinet upgrades, and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
The views outside are just gorgeous with flowers, fairways, lakes and waterfalls all visible from the back patio.
Our second time staying here and once again we have had a wonderful holiday. Ed is a very thoughtful and caring host, and makes everything so easy. The condo is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you will need in an updated kitchen with new appliances. It is a great location, walking distance to the clubhouse and the pools, but also has a great patio area where you can sit in the sun and read or watch the golfers. Great entertainment! It is also close to many great restaurants and golf courses. We look forward to returning.
This place is absolutely wonderful!. It is immaculate with a tasteful decor. Great layout that is comfortable (but could use another pillow or two in the bedroom) and spacious; and the kitchen is stocked with various utensils, cookware and appliances. This private gated community is absolutely beautiful and has several pools one of which is a stones throw away. There's even a garage (with remote opener) to park your vehicle out of the sun. The location is great. It's very private yet close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The local supermarket, Ralph's, is nearby and has everything you need. The owner even has a 'shopper's card' in the unit attached to the keys so you can benefit from discounts on your groceries. The owner left great arrival instructions that made it easy to check in. We loved it all and hope to come back again. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
The condo is a perfect spot for a quiet getaway with access to lots of outdoor activities. The condo is very clean, well-stocked, organized, and everything works! I highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Palm Desert. I woukd absolutely stay here next time I come to the area.
The owner was wonderful to work with, I wanted to add an additional day and he worked out that arrangement for us. I had a couple of questions after arrival and Ed emailed in a very timely manner.
The condo is well equipped, even down to pool towels. We love the location, dining and shopping near by. There is two pools in easy walking distance from the condo.
The cozy one bedroom unit was very comfortable and in a great very quiet location. Everything from the reservation process, the check-in and check-out process, and the response to inquiries was very professional. We like it so much that we have reserved for another extended stay!
Thank you Ed... You folks are wonderful hosts....the condo is well equipped throughout and the location opportunes sunlight morning coffee watching the golfers struggle with the beautiful water feature in front of the patio. All the extra amenities in the kitchen and the bathroom made a smooth transition from arrival to departure. The weather was perfect..a bit of rain to clear the air and above normal temperatures most of the month. The Sat morning market in the parking lot is a plus....unbelievable strawberries.
