Our Whistler Northern Lights #19 condominium will guarantee you a memorable vacation. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all under the same cathedral ceiling which creates the perfect social atmosphere for great conversation, musical entertainment (now with Sonos) and cooking fantastic meals. 3 bedrooms are on the lower floor which makes them quieter when entertaining is occurring upstairs and cooler in the summer. The flexible sleeping arrangement for 10 can work for families and 3 couples with friends. The media room provides extra living space for larger groups and families. The luxurious new hot tub is extremely private and cannot be viewed from other condos. The ski runs are ski in and only a short 5 minute walk up to ski out. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 on the driveway and as the village is also only a 10 minute walk away, the cars can stay parked.
Tax of 15% includes:
5% GST - Federal Goods and Service Tax
8 % PST - Provincial Sales Tax
2 % MRDT - Municipal and Regional District Tax
Our condominium is a short 10 minute walk from the village and a taxi ride to the village center is less than $10. The walk up to the ski out to the runs takes 5 minutes and you can ski in back down.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are non-refundable.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
No excessive noise
No hot tub use after 10 pm
Restricted for whole group of guests under the age of 25 unless permission granted.
