Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We had a great ski vacation! The condo had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked for our evening dinners. Great location, Brundage is only 15 minutes away. We walked on the plowed paths on the golf course right out our back door and rode the free shuttle into town. The shuttle goes by every hour which you can flag down at the end of the driveway. We will be staying here again!
This was a great condo - great layout, great location - it was perfect. Will definitely
stay here again.
We went up to this condo for a birthday trip because our regular condo was booked for the weekend. While the location is great and the house itself is in good condition there are definite downsides. The living space is quite small, especially the living room and the dinning room for a rental that holds up to 7 people. It's difficult to fit everyone in. The couches in the living space are also well used and not that comfortable. Not bad if you're active and are out all the time but if you want to cozy up in the living room it's not a very comfortable space. The kitchen, however, is the biggest downside to this property. Many of the dishes needed to be cleaned when we arrived but there was no decent scrub brush or sponge to clean with. There is also no hand soap in the kitchen so our first adventure out was to the store for those necessity. The real kicker, though, is that the emails you receive state that there is a fully stocked kitchen which is not the case. There are 3 mismatched wine glasses in a condo for up to 7 people. There are no decent serving or mixing bowls. The pans they have are difficult to find and are of extremely poor quality. They non-stick items are worn and no longer non-stick. The griddle does not match the stove so it slides all over. The cooking utensils are also less than desirable so if there is something you are particularly fond of using I'd bring it with you. Luckily I brought a real pair of tongs and a good knife with me. If you're planning on needing any sort of blender, food processor, or mixer I'd either prep your items at home or bring your own. Same goes for items like baking sheets. We were also disappointed with the fees for this location. The total price was 50% fees. I felt like we were over paying in general but we needed a place and this generally met our needs so we took it anyway. The view is beautiful and golfers will love it. It's located close to the state park and to town so convenience is not an issue. If you're planning on eating out all weekend long this will meet basic needs but for the price and "amenities" they provide there is certainly room for improvement.
