This stylish Lincoln City vacation rental condo has two bedrooms, and plenty of space for four people.
Within walking distance of the beach, and surrounded by some of Lincoln City's best food, this charming vacation rental is a real gem. This home includes two parking spaces.
Just two miles from the downtown area of Lincoln City, and close to seven miles of sandy beach, it's easy to love the location of this home. And with WiFi, cable, a DVD/VCR, it's easy to stay entertained after a long day of fun. There's even a fireplace to warm up by while you chat over beverages and snack with your friends and family.
The quaint kitchen is perfect for a simple meal. There is no oven, but that won't stop guests from chopping up fresh fruit, chilling a bottle of wine, or making stove top favorites like Mac and Cheese, omelets, and pancakes. Clean up is straight forward with a dishwasher!
Both bedrooms have their own TVs with a DVD/VCR player, queen beds, and private bathrooms. This home is comfortable for four people, and a great rental for couples traveling together.
This stunning oceanfront environment invites guests to eat, golf, and enjoy endless outdoor recreation while enjoying the comfort of this Lincoln City vacation home! (For larger groups, why not combine with the upstairs unit, "Sebastian's Crib?").
*Please Note: For both units there is coin operated laundry facilities on the premises in the adjacent building.
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Stayed for 3 nights and really liked the location. Very clean. I would recommend to friends.
Flounders Cove unit #2 was our home away from home while visiting family for the holiday. The price was reasonable and the photos fairly represent the property.
The Mist restaurant next door is highly recommended for comfort and quality of food and drinks. Staff are extremely friendly.
As for the home itself, it's a beach house so expect wear and tear. It was close to our family and sufficient for our needs. The lack of an oven wasn't an issue for us and towels/bedding/kitchen supplies were good. The biggest issue for us was the hard mattresses. Both beds are extremely hard. That's a plus if you prefer an extra firm mattress but left us a bit stiff in the morning. The other thing is that one of the bedrooms has an open window looking out on the kitchen and dining area. They have installed blinds for some privacy and it wasn't an issue for us but it's something to be aware of.
Overall, an average stay for the price.
The condo was ok if you don't want a view or if you don't mind a view of the condos in front and a parking lot. We felt that we were misled so we won't be back or recommend this one to others.
Overall, enjoyed our stay. Good location clean. It would be nice if there was a stove. Also, we needed a can opener and couldn't find one. Other than that great place close to Beach.
The property did not have much for a view. I thought it was more open to the ocean but there is a building in front of it. Easy access to the beach though. Overall we were comfortable and it was clean.
Pretty good view of the ocean! While the view is not straight on because of units in front of the lower unit, you can see the ocean from the living area window! The beach access had very few stairs and a ramp to go down to the beach. Noticed that surrounding area motel guests used the PRIVATE beach access which was for our units and romantic beach retreats. Probably could make that sign larger. The house itself needs a whole lot of maintenance and upkeep on pots and pan situation as its not good to eat from pans that self stick coating is flaking off into food. Realize that your phone will not work inside or close to this unit. Need to go into town for service. We had usually NO SERVICE or one bar of service all four days of our stay. Would not stay at this unit again because of the cleanliness of unit and pots and pans situation. Was very quiet in units and could hear ocean with windows open. Master bedroom had Windows but no screens for them.
