Enjoy one of Seattle's most popular areas while exploring the city
About Jennifer Angier
I was originally born in England but grew up on the East Coast. Seattle has been my home for 30 years. I love the mountains of the great Northwest, right on my doorstep, the weather (most of the time), our museums, plays and musicals, wine tasting, the always-interesting Green Lake park, and the Seahawks.
Jennifer Angier purchased this Studio in 1987

Great place to stay in Seattle
Jenny was very helpful and gave excellent directions for checking in. Everything was in order, and we will definitely book here again
Perfect stay in Seattle
I can’t say enough good things about this property. We stayed for three nights. It is centrally located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Greenlake, coffee shops, restaurants and bus lines. It has easy access to the highway. Parking was always available right in front of the house. There is a cool shaded garden for relaxing. The room was immaculate and so comfortable - plenty of hot water and an amazing bed. From booking to check out, communications were easy and very thorough. I had the pleasure to meet Jenny, the owner, while we were there. She is totally gracious. She also had the room stocked with everything we needed and more - coffee, tea, milk, treats. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. It is an oasis in the heart of the city. It feels like home!
Thank you Jenny!
Cozy little studio in a great area!
Jennifer was great and super accessible before and during our stay for anything we needed. Her spot is super cute, cozy, and in an incredibly cool/peaceful part of town. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have time during our trip to walk into Greenlake for breakfast. We would certainly return next time we’re in Seattle!
We were very pleased with this apartment in Wallingford. The host had every last detail nailed! There were 4 different colored towels and mugs (so that we could remember which was ours!), a few snacks, water, and an incredibly detailed binder with information to include transportation options, restaurants, etc. We so appreciated the binder especially- you don't see that in many properties. The location of the apartment was adorable- in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to park right in front of the property the entire time we were there. The only negative we found was the sound of walking from the floor above as other reviewers have mentioned. Even though they were very quiet, if you are a sensitive sleeper or like to sleep late in the morning that might impact you. We were fine with it, but did notice it each morning. Overall, we would highly recommend this location!
This worked out perfectly for us. It's in a great neighborhood with everything in very walkable distance. We had a car for some of longer trips but mainly walked. It's an easy walk to the University district which is close to the underground train. In addition, the feeling is very private even though the room itself is attached to a house. You walk around the side of the house to the back, which is on a lower level to the rest of the house. We did not spend much time there during most of the days but felt very relaxed when we were. We didn't really need anything from Jennifer but checking in and out was very smooth. Highly recommended!
Beautiful area to stay. Our Vrbo was perfect great outdoor area to relax. Accommodation well kept clean and comfortable.
