This Great beach home is only 1/4 mile to the beach in a Prime downtown Huntington Beach location. This home has hardwood floors with nice kitchen and 3/4 bath, Bar counter with 2 stools plus dining table expandable seating up to 6.

Blu ray DVD and small Ipod player. Newer modern furnishings, clean linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove and fridge, shared washer and dryer use available.
Outdoors is shared with one other home use available of Composite wood splinter free deck with Tall table and 6 chairs, umbrella, 2 available BBQ's( one is for this home only) and a nice flowering grassy fenced yard and a private side yard good for pets and storage. There is one available car parking space off street if needed and street parking available( some busy beach days) We have lots of beach equipment, Chairs, Foam Surfboards, body boards, adult beach cruisers, and kids bikes and wet suits by assignment. This property is in a prime location just 2 blocks to the beach, about 2/3 mile to Main street and the Pier. It has other great amenities of a Convenience Liquor store, Italian Pizza take out/delivery, Coffee and breakfast shop, and renowned Chronic Tacos just a few doors away. The home is 5 star reviewed by numerous past guests as evidenced by the listing on VacationRentals.com for over 6 years. We are between the HB pier(closer to the Pier) and Dog beach and we have a dog friendly park on our street a few blocks away. We offer a fully equipped home and stock toiletries, kitchen and cleaning supplies as well as offer an abundance of beach equipment and bikes. My goal is to provide all of the incidentals that you need when traveling. Normally, You can just arrive with your clothes and personal items and enjoy the beach community. You don't even need a car here if you just want lazy beach days, except to go food shopping. Or for a trip to Disneyland or one of the other great places to visit here in Orange and Los Angeles Counties! Close to everything HB has to offer!! You cant get a better overall location when taking all local beach and Downtown area amenities into consideration. Of course depends on what you like best!
Our family of five had a lovely time in this cozy little cottage. It was snug for five of us but the location more than made up for it. Mike was warm and helpful and very flexible with any requests that we had. We had access to a washer/dryer, beach toys and bikes. It was awesome to have a kitchen to cook in as well. We loved walking out the door and being at the beach or the pier or the shops in minutes. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend it.
This is our second time staying at this condo and we were just as happy this visit as we were after our first visit. The condo has everything we need to make our stay perfect.
There was some construction going on at the apartment complex next to us that we were not aware of prior to our stay, however it was a non-issue. There wasn't any noise until 8 or 9, which was not a problem for us since we are up pretty early and are out and about most of the day.
This condo is so close to the beach and has so many great places within a block. A few houses down is a little store you can meet Danny and get the little things you need during your stay. We love going to the Sit Stay café for coffee in the mornings with our dogs. The pizza place next to the store is delicious!
The three condos are very close together, however the other renters have always been very nice and noise conscious. We even made some new friends who live in the same area back in AZ.

We stayed here a couple summers ago and loved it!! Great location and loved having the bikes! We enjoyed grilling out on the patio. I lost my camera the day before we left and a neighbor found it. The owner shipped it to me right away! Great experience!! Would definitely recommend!
I travel extensively for business, so am always interested in alternatives to hotels when I travel for fun.
The house was very clean, the amenities were all as promised, the parking was easy and the wifi worked like a charm. We had 1 question for the owner and he responded quickly to our request.
There are 2 restaurants within half a block and a convenience store 3 doors away.
Neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor BBQ was a great treat (and don't get me started about having a washer and dryer on the property for our use).
Very convenient jumping off point for fun in SoCal - we spent a day in San Diego, one in Huntington Beach and another in Santa Monica. All 1-2 hours drive (and is convenient for either John Wayne or LAX to fly in)

We stayed (three adults) in the street front unit and LOVED it. I have stayed in the local resorts and greatly preferred this cottage. You can get right on the beach in less than 5 min (sunset watching every night) and are close to the fun Dog Beach. Shopping and restaurants are equally close. There are a couple restaurants and a bodega just up the block.
The unit itself was spotless and well appointed. Even the bikes passed muster for the riders in the group. My only negative was... we could have used a couple more face towels.
The best thing about this home is that if you just want to enjoy lazy beach days then you have come to the right place. everything you need is a short walk or quick bike ride away. Beach, dining, shopping, convenience stores, Cafe,...etc all just step away. Within 30 minute drive to Disneyland, Knotts Berry farm, Long Beach Aquarium , several great museums. La Brea Tar pits. One to 2 hours drive from Sea World and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Downtown LA and West side beaches just 30-40 minute drive also.
