Elegantly fully refurbished two bedroom, two bath unit with fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom.
There is a pool, spa and a barbeque area. Complimentary parking is available for added comfort and convenience.
Third floor corner unit with partial ocean and mountain view.
Beach access is across the street. (Charley Young and Kamaole Beach Park I)

Enjoy the world famous pleasures of Golf at Wailea, Makena and Ellier golf courses. You can also enjoy the nearby tennis facilities at Wailea Tennis Club.
The upscale Shops at Wailea and restaurants are approximately half a mile away. Major supermarkets are within four miles by car as well as banks, drug stores and a movie theater complex. Pacific Shores condos are also only one mile away from Wailea's five major beaches.
Condo was very small for the three of us. Only two beach chairs.
The condo at Pacific Shores was lovely! It was everything the ad said it was. The kitchen was amply furnished. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. The condo is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, stores and restaurants. The pool area and grounds were meticulously maintained. The view from our lanai was beautiful, especially all of the beautiful flowers. We were absolutely pleased with the condo and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. I was especially thankful for the owner who was so spectacular to work with.
The condo is nice and clean, but there is no place to hang clothes although there are two dressers. One of them is almost full with towels. The condo is 5 mins away from beach, pretty close, and very close to the property pool. Convenient location to shopping as well.
The owner and peoperty manager were responsive to the questions we have. the first day we found the table lamp not working, but they fixed it immediately.
Kitechen is fully equipped. It would be nice if they can get a better cooking set. The beding linens of the twin beds in kids room are recommended to replace or upgrade.
we like the condo in general, would definately recomend or come back to this one in future.
Great location, nice pool area, kitchen well-stocked, nice supply of beach toys and stroller for baby. Nicely decorated.
We stayed in Oct. 2015 and found unit as advertised; photos accurate. Clean with good kitchen and washer / dryer (but located in closet of master bedroom so limits privacy). Twin beds and sofa bed are only OK; master was super comfortable plus lots of drawers in dresser and night table. Good internet and TV.
AC is only a small "window" unit in living room installed at floor level so it blows straight up into side of sofa; not adequate on hot days and you turn unit off when you leave for the day, so come back to heat. For spring or winter, would be fine.
Also parking space #s are very hard to read or missing. At night, guard in golf cart will help you though. Good mgmt staff; very helpful.
The condo was perfect for us. Size and comfort and utility wise and the view was great.
My biggest complaint was the floor. I found it kind of grimy and decided to mop it only to find the mop was so dirty it didn't do much good. so I wore socks or shoes the whole time we were there. My husband wasn't happy with the flow of the shower in the front bedroom.
I know this all sounds pretty picky and having said this all we would still want to stay there again.
