Located just west of M.B. Miller fishing pier. Shipwreck Water park is directly across the street from us.
Bonefish bar and grill is also one block away from the condo. This is one of my husband and I's favorite restaurant.

Sterling Reef has the best of everything. We fully enjoy the quiet and family oriented beach. From State pier right next to you, shipwreck island across the street. Publix grocery store and many restaurants are only few blocks away. Alf Coleman road goes from front beach,middle beach and back beach road. Local shortcut to saltwater grill, rocket lanes, TGI fridays, Wonderworks, or Pier Park. Only minutes away.
After months of searching condos at Panama City Beach, this unit has it all. Not only it has 2Br/2Ba, the extended balcony at the master bedroom is exactly what we fall in love with. Parking garage is in the same building, you don't have to cross the long overpass. Our unit has easy check in, you don't have to wait in the long line. Digital pin pad entry. As simple as that.

We love the location of this condo. It was clean, on a lower level, had adequate parking, and was furnished nicely. The master bedroom and bathroom are HUGE and has a big closet to store suitcases and belongings.! The guest room has a nice queen bed and dresser but not much floor space. We were hoping to use that room for our small kids ( using a pack n play and a toddler mattress), but there was no extra room. It wasn't a problem because we had ample room in the master for all of us but may be good to know for larger families with little ones. The property grounds are well maintained, clean, and up to date. We've stayed in several units at Sterling Reef and were not disappointed with this one. Thank you to Jessica for helping with the rental and the complementary beach chair service!
This condo was beautiful and spacious. Not very large, but the lay out made it seem spacious. Perfect for 2 couples. The grounds were clean, the elevators moved quickly, and parking was never an issue. It was close to enough places but not in the heart of the busy areas like Pier Park.
I have stayed may times at PBC for vacations with my family this trip was a girls get away for my best friend and I. I would have to say this is by far the nicest condo with the most amazing view ever! It is with in waking distance of a couple great hang outs and the pier. I will be staying here again in the future. It was amazing!!! This condo would be a great place for anyone to stay if you love an amazing view and a great place to get some rest and relaxation! If it allowed me to give you ten stars I would!
This was our first time coming to Panama and we enjoyed it. We was celebrating our 7th year wedding anniversary. Just wanted to say thanks to Jessica, the pictures that's posted, was the way the condo looked. Everything was nice and clean. We felt like we was right at home. The property was nice and clean. We didn't have a problem with the elevator at all. All the restaurant and shopping area was in driving distance. Jessica is a very nice lady. She responded promptly to all the text msg. We was having such a wonderful time, I had texted Jessica to see was it to late to add on another night. Thanks again Jessica for all your help. We will make this our home away from home☺️

We stayed in Sterling Reef 703 from 7/9/16 - 7/16/16. There are many pro's, and a few con's to this condo, but none of the cons relate to the owner. We've vacationed in Panama City for several years, and Jessica is by far one of the best owners we have ever dealt with. She is quick to respond to questions/comments/concerns and she gives you the impression that she will bend over backwards to help make a memorable vacation.
•This condo is very beautifully decorated. A modern style with a definite beach vibe.
•The condo is in a GREAT location. Close to Pier Park, and centrally located between the East and West end.
•There is no walking across the street to park! The garage is right under the first floor of condo's.
•This place was very, very clean. Linens were clean, and we didn't find a speck of dust.
•The 7th floor (actually 10th floor view due to the garage) view is GORGEOUS! Sunsets are incredible.
•The pool was nice, although somewhat small
• There are plenty of utensils and cookware for use. She also has a small selection of spices in the cabinet.
•The garage is very tight. If you drive a larger vehicle (we have an expedition), you'll dread parking and driving through the garage.
• While there are some "starter supplies in the condo, we had to quickly purchase toilet paper. We were also only given 1 trash bag, and 10-12 paper towels. The last thing you want to do upon arrival, is head to the store for basic supplies. We wish there would have been a few trash bags, and at least one full roll of TP and paper towels.
• The elevators at Sterling Reef were horribly slow and extremely hot. There are only 2 elevators to service 18 floors.
• There is no ceiling fan in the master bedroom. If you like to sleep in a cooler environment, bring a small fan.
• The wifi is touchy. Using the provided instructions did not help. I had to call the service provider to get connected. Also, on our last full day, we had no wifi access.
• The fitness center is nasty and has very dated equipment. It's also a tight fit. Plan on using a local gym if you want to workout.
We are giving this condo 4/5 stars. I've bounced back and forth between 3 and 4, but decided on 4 because Jessica is an awesome owner and very kind. Most of the "con's" are out of her control, so she shouldn't be penalized for those. I definitely recommend this condo for smaller families and couples.
