The apartment is suitable for up to four guests (two in master bedroom and two in an easy to unfold sofa bed located in the living room),

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

Comfortable Flat in a Wonderful Location (with a Perfect Owner)

I just returned from a 6 night stay in Rafael's Queensway flat. The location could not be better. It's in a bustling, multi-cultural, central London neighbourhood on a lively street that's packed with a choice of great, reasonably priced restaurants. You can choose any one of them, and you'll immediately realize that they're full of locals rather than tourists. The public transportation is superb. You're literally steps away from either Queensway or Bayswater underground stations, giving you easy, rapid access to almost any location in London (buy an Oyster card as soon as you arrive!). The flat is in a quiet, secure building and offers everything that you could want for a stay of up to two weeks. There are grocery stores and supermarkets right around the corner. The best part of the experience was dealing with Rafael. He's professional, attentive and polite. From beginning to end, my experience was perfectly smooth. He responded to my e-mail inquiries with many personal touches that made me feel like I was more than just a guest in the flat. I'll definitely be returning here on my next visit to London.

Wonderful and cosy, home from home!

This was my first trip to London and I wanted to make the right accommodation choice to explore this wonderful City...well, staying in this apartment was the right choice. So comfortable that I didn't want to leave and the owner helped me a lot with planning my stay offering very useful advice on every subject I asked about...It felt home from home!

Excellent accommodation choice in London

We enjoyed our stay at Rafael's apartment tremendously, he left no front uncovered when providing useful information not only on the property and its facilities but also in the surrounding ( amazing area ) and the whole of London. Soggiorno molto piacevole e posizione meravigliosa

Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento era decisamente troppo breve ... Il posto è perfetto per sorseggiare e godere di tutto ciò che Londra ha da offrire, se volete fare turisti roba di piuttosto vivere come un locale si otterrà che e più in questo appartamento. Excellent Flat in London

This flat is contemporary and beautifully maintained. It is excellently located by two metro

stops, Queensway and Bayswater. The street is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and much more. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all the conveinences of home. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great location!!

Great place and location. Clean, roomy place with lots of storage and outstanding communication with owner. Building is older but has lots of charm. Many restaurants, a drugstore and several groceries very close by (one grocery is pretty big and had everything we wanted) as well as two underground stations within a block. Our last night there we took a walk around Kensington Palace and some consulates which again were very close. It did not have air conditioning but there is a tower fan and we kept the windows open so it was fine. Would recommend.
