Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for upto four guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The apartment is suitable for up to four guests (two in master bedroom and two in an easy to unfold sofa bed located in the living room),

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

Beautiful, comfortable, safe flat in cool neighborhood!

We loved our stay in this flat. I looked at many choosing this based on pictures and reviews. Exceptional customer service and quick reply when I tripped a circuit. Great shower, comfortable bed, lots of room, beautifully decorated, strong wifi and excellent location. The restaurants were awesome and shops right there with Starbucks on corner. We easily went from airport via tube but took minicab to airport due to luggage and leaving during commuting hours. There are many choices to stay in London. This was a perfect place based on location, safe, comfort, space, rates and service. If we return my husband said to rebook. Everything is a beautiful as the photos if not more. Construction and scaffolding in other review is nothing to deter from your enjoyment. This is a very big flat. If you have long hair like me get a blowout it lasted four days! I did not need to hookup the hot styling tools Americans use. There was a hair dryer, linens and everything you need.

Great apartment in an excellent location.

My friend and I stayed in this property for 6 nights and trully enjoyed our time there. The location is unbeatable, the area very interesting, multicultural and the abundance of amenities in the doorstep is excellent, shops, groceries, banks, restaurants, two underground stations and two bus stops. Unfortunately, the apartment was already booked for the second week of our stay in London, but we would have been delighted to stay again. Thank you Rafael! Steven and Olaf.

Beautiful apartment, top nocth location!

Our five nights in this apartment only left us gagging for more...the property is in an excellent location, as many other reviews point, and it is impeccably managed by the owner, Rafael, as many others reviews point out too...His amazing display communications skills during the booking process leaft no subject uncovered and resulted in a trully great stay. Great apartment! Great location!

We stayed in this apartment Oct 23 2016 for four nights.

The apartment is just as the photos show.

Rafael was easy to communicate with and answered emails very quickly.

Dolly was there as arranged to meet us when we arrived at the apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed and more. Love having a washing machine!

The apartment did have scaffolding around it when we stayed but Rafael had advised us of that.

It did not worry us. It made the apartment easy to find!

The apartment is within walking distance of two metro stations.

We also had a pleasant walk through Hyde Park to Buckingham Palace.

There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

If returning to London I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and cosy property & outstanding location

My partner and I are no strangers to he short lets market and we expected a great experience in this property as the amazing review score from many guests are there... We were delighted with our choice from beginning to end, but location and overall customer care deserve a separate mention as they were both the best we have experienced in years of travel. Stay Marred by In- and Out- Environmental Issues

Internal temperature unbearably warm on arrival. Took 24 hours for apartment to cool off some after all heat turned off and all windows opened. Air conditioner appliance provided is a floor fan which provided a very small breeze, and in which the rotation feature did not function. Therefore, necessary to keep windows open day and night throughout week's stay, but this solution posed a personal safety risk as scaffolding was constructed outside all windows during our occupancy in connection with exterior building maintenance. We had been warned that the project would compromise the aesthetic appearance of the exterior, but not that it would compromise our apartment specifically during our stay. The building of the scaffolding brought with it much daily yelling and banging.

Onsite staffer initially reluctant to provide more than two bath towels for my husband and me for a week's stay. This staffer did not appear for the agreed-upon checkout time requested by management. While Management responded to all emails, and was immediately notified on arrival of heating issue and lack of laundry soap for the clothes washer, these two problems were not resolved. Note that there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Beyond the issues described above, the property was reasonably comfortable and clean, and very conveniently located close to tube stations.

Owner's Response: Dear Carol, I would like to thank you for appreciating the convenient location, comfort and cleanliness of this apartment. However, since your review is in extreme contrast with the nearly one hundred , 5* and 4* reviews granted to this property by previous guests, kindly allow me to elaborate on your comments. The apartment features a powerful central heating system, understandably ON at the time of your arrival ( mid October ) considering the unstable British weather and it takes a short while to cool down. However, action was taken as soon as you reported it, i.e. instructions were given to our live in Porter and you were informed accordingly. I am sorry that you failed to see the functional tower fan provided, and located next to the floor fan that you describe in such detail. You were also informed about the scaffolding that has been erected outside the building for cleaning purposes, obviously this is totally out of my control and all I can do is to offer you my apologies for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, please note that providing a weekly set of bedlinen and towels is standard practice in the holiday rentals market, and extra sets are provided for longer periods. A hotel in the area would possibly offer different arrangements, but surely with a reflection on the per night rate charged. Finally and for your information, Health and Safety Law in the UK does not allow electrical outlets in bathrooms. Having said all this, I am sorry that your stay in this apartment has not been as satisfactory as we intended it to be. Regards, Rafael.
