Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for upto four guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The apartment is suitable for up to four guests (two in master bedroom and two in an easy to unfold sofa bed located in the living room),

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

Very satisfactory London experience

We loved our London home. The owner was helpful at every stage of the booking process and made us feel that we were in good hands. The property was meticulously prepared for us and we found everything we needed and more on arrival, absolutely clutter free. The neighborhood was interesting and lively to feel part of it, with Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Notting Hill within easy walks and two tube stops within a block that gave us access to Circle line and Center lines and therefore any point of interest in the City. Would definitely rent again here if the time comes...Thank you for making our trip so hassle free and comfortable. G S

Great location, responsive owner

The apartment is in a great location - near many of the main sites and within a one or two block walk of 2 underground stations that will get you anywhere in the city. The owner was always very quick to respond and communicated well throughout the process. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking. There were many shops, grocery stores and restaurants right outside the apartment.

Excellent location

The location of this property could not better. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner between Bayswater and Queensway underground. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops are just by your doorstep. The property itself was neat and clean. It was a lot smaller than I thought- the photos are definitely wide angle ones and I think it is perfect for a single or a couple but it would be a tight squeeze for four people. The apartment is very secure too. The bed was comfortable although there was no duvet available. I was unable to find bedding for the pull out bed so unfortunately my friend had an uncomfortable stay. We did look at all the logical places. This was the only downside- everything else worked perfectly. Rafael is an efficient host and emailed me with all the information I needed. All in all a pleasant stay. By the way, the car park attendants at Princess Court are mercenary vultures. They do slap parking tickets on waiting cars very quickly. A driver was waiting for me for only 2 minutes and was served with a 60 pound fine which was unfortunate.

In answer to your comments, the size of the apartment is accurately mentioned in the online description of the property, that is 55 square metres. Also, I would like to draw your attention to my email sent on your arrival day at 23:38 GMT, after you enquired about the bedlinen, and in which I informed you that ( as my assistant had already pointed out ) that the bedlinen for the sofa bed was stored in the drawer located under the sofa. Not receiving response from you to that email made me think that you had located the items, my apologies if that was not the case...I wish you had asked again. Regards, Rafael

Fantastic experience in this top notch flat

My family and really enjoyed this flat and its AWESOME location just a block away from two different tube stations on separate lines, which gave us super fast and easy access to all we wanted to see. Also there are several grocery stores, really handy off license shops open till late and various ethnic restaurants and food stores right along the same street. Rafael his owner and Dolly his assistant were very helpful with getting checked in, setup, and checked out. Additionally the proximity to Hyde Park, gave this flat the WOW factor, as the weather was nice during our trip and we enjoyed strolling through the park nearly every day. Would recommend to others without a doubt! H. T. And family.

In the heart of London

This property was in a perfect location, with easy access to the underground, shopping, and Hyde Park. The property itself had everything we needed, and more. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, and Rafael was wonderful to work with on getting us ready for coming to London. It was so nice to have lots of advice for him, with several options of things we could do while we were there! I would recommend this property to anybody, and will definitely be staying here if we ever return to London!

Great apartment and excellent location

The owner Rafael provided us with all the important information regarding transportation from the airport, options for rail tickets, restaurants and grocery stores in the area, the location of ATMs, and so on. In other words, he left no questions unanswered prior to our arrival, and we were impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness throughout our stay. The location of this flat turned out to be ideal for our needs, and I highly recommend staying in this area if your stay involves train travel out of London, as the flat is a tube stop away from Paddington Station. We were literally able to walk to everything we wanted to see in London, and for what was more than a walk away, we took the tube from Bayswater, which is a block and a half from the flat. The area is lively and slightly quirky, and we felt very much at home and very comfortable even on nights when we were returning late. The flat itself was well equipped with everything one would need and more, and the building was secure and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would highly recommend this property.
