Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for upto four guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The apartment is suitable for up to four guests (two in master bedroom and two in an easy to unfold sofa bed located in the living room),

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch /Baumatic appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines respectively and both located 150 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition it offers two lifts, concierge, CCTV security system, night patrol for added security, superfast 8MGB WIRELESS internet access, impressive 50' LED SMART INTERNET TV set providing 71 Channels, DVD player, fire alarm, and entryphone.

The flat is well-appointed, accurately described, and very convenient for touring London

The Princess Court flat is a great option for a stay in London. While the flat lacks a few things (a fan to help circulate cooler outside air would be a nice feature in the warm months) it does not detract from the overall 5-star rating - especially for the price point. Rafael and his assistant were great in allowing us to drop off our bags prior to check-in and pick them up after check-out, saving us the need to cart them around more than necessary. The flat was clean upon arrival and appeared to be relatively well-maintained. All amenities provided were accurate. The description of the location is very accurate, incredibly close to two tube stops with one servicing two different lines. The location allowed us to use the tube and walk to everywhere we went during our stay.

Rafael's apartments has been recommended to us by relatives staying at another of his properties last Autumn. We enjoyed a peaceful stay and were extremely satisfied with the choice, the location is unbeatable as other reviews point out and the services provided outstanding, including accommodating ( at no extra cost ) our very early arrival... much appreciated when you travel with children. The property was very clean, well equipped, super quiet and comfortable for us. All in all a very good experience. Gunn G.

Mixed feelings...

We have mixed feelings about this apartment.

First the positive points…

The apartment was very well located between 2 convenient underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway) with lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Rafael, the owner, gave us plenty of information regarding directions to the apartment, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport...

Now the negative points…

The apartment didn’t have any double glazing and was quite noisy; we could hear a lot of noise coming from outside and also from the neighbour on the upper floor, who –every other day– was sliding furniture in his apartment at 3 am!

The main bed was comfortable, but the pull-out bed in the living room wasn’t at all! It kept on falling apart.

The blinds in the bedroom and living room weren’t wide enough, so we were systematically waken up by daylight in the early morning.

The kitchen was well equipped, but its lay-out wasn't very practical.

The bathroom had no window and no ventilation…

Besides, Dolly shouldn’t be described as Rafael’s assistant; she was a cleaner who simply opened the door and gave us the keys; her level of English wasn't good enough to be of any use as an assistant.

The apartment is quite worn out, with poor finishing; the pictures seen on the net must have been taken when the apartment was brand new and do not reflect the apartment as it is now.

Put simply: The right choice, period.

My partner and I celebrated our silver wedding anniversary here and we're delighted with the choice made. The apartment is very well furnished, equipped with everything we needed and more! Their are great places to eat nearby, plus numerous food markets if you want to stay in and cook, something that we are not big fans of :-) but the option is there.

Rafael was very helpful providing info on all aspects of our visit, including transportation in the area (cabs, the tube, Oyster cards etc.), although as the weather was good we actually did walk to many of the main sites as some are within walking distance...We did not expect to be able to do that in such a large City!

We woul definitely come back for our Golden wedding celebrations and wouldn't hesitate recommending this apartment to anyone. Al and Maggie G.

Absolutely perfect for us...thank you.

My friend and I loved this place and the amenities surrounding it, the location couldn't be better for sightseeing without compromising on the local feel of a proper London neighbourhood, thanks to the proximity of local grocery stores, pharmacy and even a post office across the street. The owner, Rafael, showed excellent communication skills prior to our arrival, providing hordes of very useful information which helped us to make the most of our stay. Very recommendable, indeed! Great place to stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our London stay at Princess Court.

Fabulous location and accommodation was spotlessly clean and welcoming with tasteful decor.

Rafael was extremely helpful with information prior to our arrival regarding transport options and nearby restaurants etc.

Would recommend to friends and relatives looking for a comfortable place to call home while visiting London.

Our terrific location, only yards away from Hyde Park will ensure that you make the most of your trip to London whilst enjoying the abundance of shops and restaurants that the cosmopolitan Queensway neighbourhood has to offer.

Atractions like Portobello Market, Royal Albert Hall, and Victoria & Albert, Science and Natural History museums amongst others are all within walking distance from the property via a pleasant stroll through Hyde Park, where you may also visit Kensington Palace, residence in life of the late Princess Diana of Wales.

Having two undergrounds stations ( Queensway and Bayswater) on the doorstep will facilitate the access to all other atractions via a maximum 10 minutes tube ride.
