Woodland Park Cabin Rental Photos and Description

2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom cabin with view of Pikes Peak

Looking for a cabin with a view of America's mountain? You found it! This little treasure has a full view of Pikes Peak right off the deck or any area of the yard. You can even see the mountains from inside the cabin through the large picture windows.

This adorable cabin is nestled in the trees on top of a hill in the center of Woodland Park, so it's within walking distance to all the downtown activities. But the quiet, dead-end street has little traffic, so you feel tucked away when you're on the deck with your morning coffee.

Experience Colorado to its fullest in our adorable two bedroom, one bath cabin. This cabin is pure Colorado inside and out. The cabin is decorated with woodsy decor for that comfy Colorado feeling.

This cabin will make the ideal base camp for all your daily adventures. The location is perfect for walking to all the downtown activities like the City Park, the farmer's market, nightly wine tastings, art galleries, restaurants, breweries, and more. Woodland Park is centrally located in the Pikes Peak area so you are within minutes to all the major attractions.

The cabin is approximately 720 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have full size beds, dressers and closets. Feel free to unpack and make it your home during your stay. There are also two twin size mattresses that can be used for additional sleeping space.

The cabin has a full kitchen that was completely remodeled in May of 2014. It's stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals at the cabin. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, making it easy to converse with family and friends throughout the cabin. You may want to extend your cooking experience out onto the deck where you will find a propane barbeque grill and deck furniture. What a great way to enjoy good food and family in the outdoors, with an incredible view of Pikes Peak.

The living room area has two love seats for plenty of seating around an authentic rock fireplace. Enjoy this space with the family watching movies, playing games and making new memories during your Colorado vacation.

The bathroom was also completely remodeled in May of 2014. It is small, but very efficient. It consists of a toilet, vanity and shower.

The total sleeping capacity is six.

About Lauren

Welcome to our 'Highland Cabin',

We are Andy and Cheryl, and we recently bought this cozy cabin so that we could return to the mountain town where Cheryl was born. We plan to spend an occasional week in the beautiful Pikes Peak area – breathing the cool crisp air, becoming part of the friendly community, and taking in the exceptional scenery. We hope you enjoy our special home on Highland as much as we do!

Lauren purchased this cabin in 2012

What makes this cabin unique

While this cabin has that Colorado mountain feel, it is also located close enough to town to walk to the shops, restaurants, and special attractions of Woodland Park. And, you can’t beat that view of Pikes Peak!

Guestbook comments from the manager

We loved the rustic cabin in Woodland Park, and look forward to having the opportunity to stay again. Since the conference we attended was close by; we were able to eat all our meals at the cabin all the while watching deer cross the yard and looking at Pike’s Peak. Wish we could have stayed longer! It was clean and well kept with everything we needed. The TV, & WiFi worked great, it was all good!

Great weekend!!

We had a wonderful time staying in your cabin. Great location...in town, but up the hill away from the traffic. Saw your neighborhood deer twice. Close to hiking and horse riding that we had planned. Even had a fire in the fireplace. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Lots of hummingbirds around. Great view of Pikes Peak from the deck.

Amazing view

House was perfect size for myself, husband, & 17 yr old son. It was stocked very nicely & the deck was great for our dog. She is a little 3 pound one so we had a little space for her to be outside with us not on leash, but contained safely. One of our first nights we had 2 fawns bed down in front yard. The mountain view was phenomenal!

This cabin super!! Nothing is far away!

My wife and I and our Golden retriever had a great time!!! Cabin is very nice, clean and close to everything. Parking was a bit tight with a big truck, had too leave 4 wheeler and trailer at my brother in-laws house just up the road in Divide, just FYI to others who may bring toys. Also would recommend bring your own TP, and hair dryer for the wife!!! Over all was great, will definitely stay there again!!!! Thanks for the visit!!!

The cabin was delightful! It was very cozy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The view was excellent. We loved looking at Pikes Peak every morning and evening. The location was great for our adventures mountain biking and hiking. We enjoyed several local hikes including Lovell Gulch, Pancake Rocks, Horsethief Falls and Manitou Lake. Mountain biking was good at Rampart Range and Mueller State Park. The fireplace was nice to have on some of the cooler evenings. We loved seeing the deer in the yard often throughout the week we were there. We would stay here again if we come back to the area and highly recommend it!

The cabin was everything we needed. Stove , microwave, grill out side ,two bedrooms. Tv for the kids, wifi for who ever needs it. Was close to town so, you could walk to whatever you wanted to do. Breakfast in the morning. Shopping for an evening meal or just to walk around and enough the friendly people who live there. Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods were just a few sights to enjoy and not far from the cabin. Especially the view from the cabin of Pikes Peak. I would rent it again and would tell all my friends about how easy it was to rent and the pleasant people we had to deal with to get the information about renting. Thank you for great place to make special memories to share with other people.
