We purchased this property in 2013 and embarked on a complete top-to-bottom renovation. No expense was spared in terms of upgrades (slab granite, new fixtures, berber carpet)) or guest amenities (3 HD TVs, upgraded linens and beds). We fell in love with the location which is steps from City Park and so close to downtown.

The townhouse is three levels plus underground parking with remote access below. It features 4 traditional bedrooms (all have bathrooms en-suite) an additional Study with private door and great balcony which can be used as a bedroom ( 5 private sleeping rooms), and 5 bathrooms. It is a great value and luxury for a family or travelers looking to share accommodations. It features three private outdoor areas, two of which are balconies facing west with views of the hospitals and a peek of downtown. It is extremely quiet yet very well-located.
For comfort, there is high speed internet and full cable.

We recently enjoyed a month long stay in Denver. The condo is in a great location! City Park is just a block away. The museum of Natural History is within walking distance. We loved being able to walk down 18th Street to go out to eat. Some of our favorite places were Vine Street Pub, Sushi Bay, Humbolts, Il Posto, St. Marks and Dos Santos. If you are traveling with dogs check out Cherry Creek State Park. For 11$ you can take your dogs to a 107 acre off leash fenced park. We went 4 times! About a 25 minute drive from the condo. The condo is very well furnished if you decide to make meals there. We made plenty and I always had what I needed. The beds are super comfortable, especially after a day of skiing. We went to Winterpark and a smaller mountain named Eldora. Its about one hour away and you go through Boulder to get there. Stop at Half Fast Subs on The Hill in Boulder either before or after skiing at Eldora. There is an inside family picnic area at Eldora if you want to bring your own food. Back to the condo. Everything is super close. Colfax Street has shops, restaurants, a Sprouts grocery store etc. Cherry Creek shopping mall has tons of shops. We loved exploring all the cute Denver neighborhoods like Wash Park, Platt Park and Pearl Street. Mike was very responsive from the very beginning when we booked our stay. Super helpful if I had a question about the condo or the area. We had family visit throughout our stay and the 3 levels meant everyone had plenty of space to spread out in. I especially loved the 3!! en suite bathrooms! What a luxury for your friends and family. We enjoyed one good snow while we were there and loved having the underground garage for our car. Parking is a challenge in Denver so having a designated inside space was a bonus. All in all we truly enjoyed every day in Denver and having the condo to come back to was great. We have rented many HomeAway places and this was one of the best in terms of location and amenities.
We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was very comfortable for all 7 of us - the bedrooms with private bathrooms really worked for us. The kitchen was very functional, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and parking was easy on the street if we were not in the mood to navigate the garage. The property is in a great central location as well. We had a couple questions about the TV and the owner was readily available, working with us until all issues addressed. We loot forward to returning sometime soon.
The condo was as advertised - beautifully decorated, comfortable, immaculate. The managers were responsive and thoughtful. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood adjacent to city park and very close to downtown; a very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Denver.
Large, well equipped townhouse in a convenient location.
We were in Denver with family from the East Coast for our daughter's wedding. This house provided the space, privacy, and room to accommodate our family with many amenities e.g. booster seat, pack and play, hair dryers and many more in addition to thoughtful touches of hospitality basket and binder of tips with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc.! Great accommodations and location. Mike was always responsive and helpful, we highly recommend this property.

This property is fabulous. There was plenty of space for our party of ten, the bedding was extremely comfortable. The location is great, the property feels like home and the hosts could not have been more accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again. My goal is to do so soon!!!
Adjacent to City Park one of America's most spectacular urban parks. Activities include golf, tennis, jogging, biking, Museum of Natural History, Planetarium, zoo, Imax, lakes with paddleboats, etc.
Denver's restaurant row on 17th street is a short walk from the property and includes many of Denver's best restaurants including, Vine Street Pub, Strings, Parallel 17, Lime, Watercourse (vegetarian), etc. They offer some of the best happy hours (try Parallel 17's Vietnamese egg rolls and Strings' reduced price gourmet wines).
Within walking distance are a new independent cinema multiplex, Tattered Cover bookstore and an off-leash dog park.
Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek shopping area, and countless other attractions are a few minutes by car or bike route.
The townhouse is walkable to Presbyterian/St. Lukes hospital, St. Josephs and is a short drive from National Jewish and Denver Health.
We will reduce the minimum stay requirements for reservations made within 60 days of arrival.
