We purchased this property in 2014 and embarked on a complete top-to-bottom renovation. No expense was spared in terms of upgrades (slab granite, new fixtures, berber carpet)) or guest amenities (3 HD TVs, upgraded linens and beds). We fell in love with the location which is steps from City Park and so close to downtown.

Why Mike chose Denver County
The townhouse is three levels plus underground parking with remote access below. It features 4 traditional bedrooms (all have bathrooms en-suite) an additional Study with private door and great balcony which can be used as a bedroom ( 5 private sleeping rooms), and 5 bathrooms. In addition, there is a comfortable pull out sofa in the living room. It is a great value and luxury for a family or travelers looking to share accommodations. It features three private outdoor areas, two of which are balconies facing west with views of the hospitals and a peek of downtown. It is extremely quiet yet very well-located. For comfort, there is high speed internet and full premium cable.
What makes this Townhome unique
Private and yet in the middle of everything. World Class Rec Center just opened. Dog Park. Three levels of living area for maximum privacy. Every possible upgrade and amenity. The house was beautiful! The decor was beautiful! We were impressed.
I took a group of teachers to a conference in Denver. We all had plenty of room. The beds were fabulous to sleep on after full days of workshops. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize the extent of the stairs. It was difficult carrying up our luggage and climbing them each day after long tiresome days. But we enjoyed all the amenities that were included; the washer and dryer and the detergent! All the needed items to cook with was wonderful too. The different appliances and items to cook with were appreciated to have! The parking situation was a bit challenging. The spot designated for us was used everyday but one in a weeks stay. We had to park in other spots and once came out with someone’s trash on our car like they were mad we were in their spot. Also the house and parking were at the back of the building, not in the front. I don’t remember reading that in the description which would have been nice to have known. The owners left wonderful notes in a binder for guests and had a nice snack basket (although had several expired snacks which we pitched, but was an extremely nice gesture!). The location is just perfect! We got every where in no time at all. We felt very safe and secure staying there. We all would definitely recommend this place to almost everyone. If you can’t climb a lot of stairs then this is not the place for you, but if you can, it’s a beautiful, modern, convient place to stay! We give it 9.5 out of ten stars!

Wonderful stay and great accommodations!
The townhome was the perfect accommodation for our stay in Denver! 5 minute Uber ride to the downtown bars and restaurants and plenty of sleeping space. The several balconies are also a nice tough. 5 stars!
Perfect home away from home
Mike's home was everything we could have asked for... comfortable, with all the conveniences of home, clean, and great location. I highly recommend Mike's place and would definitely stay again.
Always look forward to spending a week at the NWSS. Staying here makes the trip so enjoyable.
Great location, great property.
Adjacent to City Park one of America's most spectacular urban parks. Activities include golf, tennis, jogging, biking, Museum of Natural History, Planetarium, zoo, Imax, lakes with paddleboats, etc. Denver's restaurant row on 17th street is a short walk from the property and includes many of Denver's best restaurants including, Vine Street Pub, Strings, Parallel 17, Lime, Watercourse (vegetarian), etc. They offer some of the best happy hours (try Parallel 17's Vietnamese egg rolls and Strings' reduced price gourmet wines). Within walking distance are a new independent cinema multiplex, Tattered Cover bookstore and an off-leash dog park. Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek shopping area, and countless other attractions are a few minutes by car or bike route. The townhouse is walkable to Presbyterian/St. Lukes hospital, St. Josephs and is a short drive from National Jewish and Denver Health.
