The apartment comprises of 3 double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning; a bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet and basin; a separate shower and toilet room; a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hob and a separate utility area with washing machine. Good sized living area with dining table, sofas, satellite TV and patio doors leading out to the terrace and private garden overlooks the 4th fairway at Valle Del Este. The Los Almendros complex has been tastefully designed with communal landscaped gardens, a large swimming pool, private panel tennis court, security gated entrance and parking area. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the four star hotel & spa complex and the commercial centre. There are bars, restaurants, a supermarket, hairdressers and a bank. This is a an ideal location for golfers as the 18 hole, 5696m long par 71 course is kept in excellent condition all year round.

Tourist and travel info about Almeria: Vera is a small town located in Almeria Province in the South of Spain.

It is centrally located for easy access to the main E15 Autovía taking you to Almería city, the south coasts, Murcia and the North. Within minutes you can be on one of the many beautiful beaches whilst enjoying shopping, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep.

Originally called Baria and located at Villaricos (Rich Village, due to silver mining industry) Vera relocated in the 13th century to the ground it stands on today. The Christian conquest in 1488, a massive earthquake in 1518 and the Moorish rebellion in 1568 have all contributed to the character of the town and its inhabitants.

There are many wonderful pieces of architecture and folklore to be explored. Much of which is lovingly explained in the Ethnographic and Archaeological Museum. Spain is well known for its fiestas and street parties and Vera is no exception.

Fantastic start to finish A+++

We are a family of 5 (myself, my husband, my parents and our 3 year old son and stayed at this stunning apartment 27 June – 8 July this year.

Firstly Los Almendros, which is on the Valle Del Este Golf Resort Estate in Vera, is only 45 minutes from Almeria Airport, right next to the motorway, so couldn’t be easier to find.

On arrival, the owners’ very professional agents met us and showed us around the property, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathroooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air con, satellite TV with English channels, and Wi-Fi, plus a stunning garden overlooking the 4th hole of the golf course with terrace and beautiful outdoor dining furniture. Add to this a gorgeous (huge) shared pool 20 feet away and it’s perfect. The owners go all out to make sure you have the best holiday, with welcome pack and details on what to do in the local area.

Val Del Este is very centrally located and nowhere is more than 20 minutes away in the car, from supermarkets (the fish and fresh produce are to die for) to beautiful unspoilt beaches, we visited Puerto Ray Playa and Mojacar Playsa. Everywhere is absolutely spotlessly clean at the beach. We also visited Aqua Vera Water Park 3 times, which our son loved. In addition, you can use the facilities up at the main Valle Del Este hotel. We used the pools most days after the beach, as our son loved the kids pool up there with other little ones to play with and got to practise his Spanish. You just need to buy a couple of drinks, which are reasonably priced and come with free nuts! My Mum and I also enjoyed the people watching up there :-)

The men played golf at 7:30 one morning and loved it – our son was most excited when their golf buggy appeared at the end of the garden!

Up at the main hotel is the Commercial Centre, including a great Spanish Restaurant where the mixed paella was excellent and Karen’s Sports Bar, with friendly service and great views of the estate and the sea.

We also had a night out in Mojacar and can recommend Valery’s Bar (great cocktails) and Martin Morales next door (recommended to us by the locals) with a very competitively priced set menu and buzzing atmosphere. We also visited the Dolce Vita restaurant right on the beach - absolutely breath-taking views and great cocktails again!

Overall, this is the best self-catering property and complex we have stayed in and was a wonderful relaxing holiday start to finish. We certainly hope to return one day. Thank you :-)

Stunning property in a stunning location

We are a family of 5 (myself, my husband, my parents and 3 year old son) and stayed at this beautiful property from 27 June to 8 July this year.

Valle Del Este is only 45 mins from Almeria airport and so easy to find, literally just off the motorway.

On arrival the owners' very professional agent met us and showed us round the apartment, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all mod cons, air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, plus a beautiful garden overlooking the golf course and a terrace with lovely outdoor dining furniture. It really is a beautiful apartment, and there is a stunning shared pool (which never gets very busy) just a few feet away.

The owners make every effort to ensure that you have the best holiday ever, with welcome notes and details of things to do in the local area.

You can also use the facilities at the beautiful main hotel, we used the pool up there most days after the beach and just bought a couple of drinks at the bar. This was ideal for us as there was a baby pool up there with little ones in there for our son to play with and practice his Spanish, and great people watching for myself and my Mum!

My husband and Dad had a game of golf, which they absolutely loved.

The property is very centrally located, and we went to Puerto Ray Beach, Aqua Vera Waterpark (3 times - they do a good deal where if you pay for your return visit while you are there, you get 50% off), and Mojacar Beach, which was our favourite. Nowhere is more than 20 minutes away in the car, and once you get your bearings all easy to find.

We ate at the Spanish restaurant up at the hotel twice, their mixed paella was fab and only 10€. We also had drinks and pub grub in Karen's Bar up there, which was also really good with friendly staff and a fab setting overlooking the golf course and sea views.

My husband and I had a night out in Mojacar - we took a taxi up at the main hotel which was €20 each way. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the front there. We opted for mojitos in Valery's Bar and then dinner next door in Martin Morales, which was excellent and great value, with live music. We also had drinks in the Dolce Vita bar and restaurant another day, which is literally on the beach - definitely not to be missed.

Overall, this was a totally relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. Without a doubt the nicest self-catering apartment and complex we have ever stayed at and we will definitely be back. Thank you :-)

Wonderful and relaxing.

Beautiful apartment. Large, modern and stylish with everything you could possibly need. Great kitchen running out onto a lovely terrace and garden overlooking the golf course. The best thing for us was the peace and quiet, it was so relaxing. The pool was stunning, always quiet, and the sun was fantastic every day! A short walk takes you up to the main hotel and bars / restaurants / shops. You are able to go into the hotel and use their facilities too which are great. Plenty of towns and villages to visit with amazing food and lovely beaches. Our favourite was a little beach bar near Mojacar where we had the most amazing seafood lunch and huge gin & tonics !! You will not be disappointed with any aspect of your holiday, and I would highly recommend for anyone to go.

Extremely clean & well kept accommodation/complex

The accomodation was very clean, well furnished and was in excellant decorative order throughout. The garden overlooked the golf course and the unspoilt Spanish scenary opposite, the patio area was well equipped and we ate most of our meals outside in the sunshine. The secluded private pool was only a short distance from the apartment and this was clean and well maintaned in its dwn secured large garden area. The main hotel and complex has many other facilities which we used and also free transportation to the local white sandy beach and village. We would not hesitate to come back again to the area and use these facilities again we all had a relaxing time and met some interesting local characters both on and off the complex.

Beautiful Apartment in great location

We were promised the best and it delivered. The apartment is in a great location on Valle Del Este and the quality of the furnishings and decor are beautiful it is exactly as it says. The beds are superb as often you get paper thin mattresses but these were luxurious. This apartment is fab, fully equipped with a lovely garden overlooking the fairway.

I would highly recommend it and will be rebooking for next year.
