About Bryan & Gina
Bryan & Gina
Bryan & Gina purchased this House in 2017
Why Bryan & Gina chose Endion
We began making regular visits to Duluth years ago and fell in love with the landscape, city and all there is to do here - from hiking, sailing, camping and skiing to simply enjoying the sounds of the waves and ships. Our kids fell in love with Duluth on our many adventures here over the years as well and now attend UMD. We knew that someday we would have to eventually call this place home. While maintaining our current home and this home in Duluth we are finally making it happen.
What makes this House unique
When staying at A Charles Weiss Home, the original woodwork throughout the home, along with the antique furniture and decor give you a sense that you have been transported back in time. If you have an old soul, this place is for you!

We stayed in Duluth for sons wedding. House was wonderful for family members staying with us. Plenty of room to spread out. Home has a lot of character. Owners very easy to work with.
Would stay again!
Clean, lots of room close to canal park
Beautiful home, great location!
Beautiful home, great location! Really enjoyed the space!
Perfect spot for our family
We stayed at the CW getting ready for my daughter's wedding this fall. Our parents, all four in their 80's, loved the character, and all the beautiful woodwork. Our grandson's loved staying in their first "mansion". Of course, they thought the jacuzzi tub was pretty cool too. There was plenty of room for our 10 family members, and the men in the wedding party came to dress and take photos just before the wedding. All the sports aps worked great on the smart TV, and you won't miss cable at all. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our family. After the wedding, being as emotional as I am, I am so happy that we have only ONE daughter to "give away".....
Beautiful house with a lot of character
Overall a great experience. It was very nice to have our own bathroom so we could all be ready at the same time. The house has plenty of space for large groups. Great location. Lot's of character. The only downside is the check-in and check-out time. With check in at 5:00 this makes it hard to make any dinner/evening plans. By the time we got in and unpacked/showered we didn't make it out until 8:00. However, Gina was very accommodating to let us do a late check out with since there were no other renters coming in after us. Many people inquired about the house after seeing pictures that we posted so hopefully that will bring business for Gina!
Wonderful place to stay in Duluth for a large group
13 of us High School Friends from all over the US came to Duluth and Stayed at this ACharles Weiss Historic Home for 3 nights! The price was great as was the location. Very clean and accommodated our large group! The weather was great so we took advantage of the large front porch! Needless to say, we were all very happy with the Weiss house!
