The studio is located in the heart of Chelsea, near many great restaurants, bars and sightseeing. The apartment is in a charming 5 story building (with elevator) and is located on the top floor. It was fully remodeled this year and is furnished with Pottery Barn and West Elm furniture. You can expect the following amenities when staying here:
Elevator in building
Queen bed, 600 thread count bedding and Sealy Postrupedic mattress
Large couch that another person can sleep on comfortably
Bathroom with shower/tub
Stainless steel appliances: refridgerator, gas range, oven, microwave
All-Clad pots and pans, Calphalon knife set
34'' TV with HD/DVR
heating and A/C
Short walking distance to all major subway lines. Close to shopping and grocery stores (Whole Foods and Trader Joes are less than 4 blocks away). The studio apartment is extremely clean because it is brand new and barely lived in (I travel for work during the week and travel for fun on the weekends).
Very quite and cozy and tucked away, located in a really good spot. Lots of places to get food and things to do the area. Highly recommend this place!
We stayed there for 4 days in October and loved the studio apartment. It is located on a quiet and safe street, a police station is only a few buildings away on the same street. The apt is 3 blocks from the subway, it is updated and modern, located on the 5th floor and the building has an elevator. Alicia was a great host and was accessible by phone when we needed to ask her a question about the TV remote. We would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there again.
The Chelsea studio was perfect for my needs. It is convenient to the subway, all the services one needs, as well as good restaurants and cafes. The unit itself is tidy and well-equipment. The owner is very responsive and very helpful if you have any questions and concerns. The same is true of the building super. Having an elevator to access the 5th floor is a definite plus! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely rent here again.
This quaint studio was the perfect place for our 4-day stay in New York. The location is fabulous for exploring both uptown and downtown areas and we felt like locals in the lovely neighborhood. The studio is small, but super clean, offers many conveniences and was very comfortable. The owner was amazingly easy to work with, reachable and accommodating. We highly recommend the studio apartment and will definitely rent again on a future trip!!!
My best friend & I had planned our 1st trip to NYC for months. We had rented a loft in Greenwich Village & the owner backed out of the deal just weeks before we were to arrive. Back to the drawing board, we were so fortunate to find this gem of an apartment on a quiet street in Chelsea. It's small & there is not a lot of drawer or closet room - especially for 2 women with a ton of clothes & shoes. That being said, it was cute, clean, comfortable & otherwise perfect for our needs. It was so quiet & centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere - Murray's Bagels for breakfast every day, the High Line, the Chelsea Market, Greenwich, restaurants .. and if we could not walk, there were a number of subway stations nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe (just a few doors down from a police precinct) & we met so many friendly people as were walking around. We both would highly recommend staying here & look forward to returning back sometime in the future.
Room was very nice and clean; just enough space for two. No road noise or noise from neighboring apartments. Very comfy bed. Excellent location to get to the best spots of Manhattan.
The apartment is in a charming 5 story building in the heart of Chelsea, close to many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It is blocks away from Chelsea market and the Chelsea High Line which are very fun attractions to visit.
